Disappoiting stay - far below 4 stars standards
Pros:

Cons:

During my recent stay at this 4-star hotel, I was very disappointed by the overall condition and lack of basic amenities in the room.
No facial tissues were provided.
There was no complimentary drinking water.
No tea bags or instant coffee sachets were available (nor a kettle in some cases).
The room had a generally dirty appearance, with visible dust and poor housekeeping. The bed and mattress were uncomfortable, particularly the pillows, which offered little support. I found hair in the shower, and there was a persistent bad sewage-like smell coming from the drain.
Honestly, this experience felt more like a 2- or 3-star property. For the price and rating, these basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities should be a given. I expected much better.

În baie mirosea a canalizare, presiunea la apă inexistentă, curățenia lasă de dorit. Am găsit agrafe de păr în baie.. oglinzile pline de “zoaie “😅
