Personalul de la receptie placut si binevoitor
Curatenia - par in scurgerea de la dus, dotari demodate si slab calitativ.....camera mica, mocheta veche si murdarita de vremuri....si cel mai deranjant mirosul....detergent cu ceva parfum care incerca sa acopere un miros urat, nu stiu de ce are 4 stele....
M-am mutat seara urmatoare intr-un hotel de 3 stele, singurul minnus oarescum - fara lift in rest....camera mare, baie mare si moderna, balcon....
I liked that the hotel has free parking, there is a market right next to the hotel, and the room has a balcony.
The carpets in the rooms were quite dirty, and the curtains were dirty as well. Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a cigarette smell inside. Unfortunately, this is not a hotel I would choose again if I visit Constanța in the future
Gălăgia de la subsol (cred ca era un eveniment), mocheta foarte mizerabilă, alarma de incendiu care a pornit pe la ora 1:30 (mirosea foarte tare a plastic încins/ars), am găsit foarte greu un loc de parcare la ora 11:00 când m-am întors. Poate am prins eu o zi aglomerată!

Puțin învechit hotelul, nicidecum nu merită cele 4 stele, însă PER total a fost OK. Nu suntem foarte pretențiosi, plus ca și prețul a fost mai mult decât bun. Personalul foarte, foarte amabil. Chiar în prima zi am întâmpinat o problemă cu presiunea apei (la duș) în camera unde am fost cazați, apoi, fără nici o secundă de ezitare ne-au oferit un apartament și în cele 10-12 minute în care ne-au prezentat cealaltă cameră cred ca de aproximativ 20 de ori și-au cerut scuze pentru cele întâmplate.

Losing the key card and needing a swap is charged very excessively with over 20 EURO.
They cannot get their pricing right (breakfast was advertised with 40 RON on Booking, 50 RON at reception and 49 RON in the cafeteria).
The staff needed more than 10 minutes to find my reservation and checked 5 times, only 6th time had the idea to check in the hotel system (they default to some apartments registry that they also have).
The breakfast was basic and cold food was served. Breakfast cannot start before 8 AM.

The apartment is great, very spacious, can't really complain.
Front desk staff were polite, kind and quite fun to talk to.
Patul confortabil si mare. Spatiu foarte mare.
Semnal slab la tv. Paienjeni pe la colturi. Zgomot noaptea de la masinile de pe strada. Perdele pline de praf. Hartia igienica de foarte proasta calitate. Nu a mers nicio veioza.
