Super friendly staff, very clean facilities, and a very clean, tidy as well as comfortable room. 👍🏻😊

The vicinity to the train station can cause noise, especially in the morning hours. But that's to be expected and is made up for by the aforementioned positives as well as the location itself.

Für par Tagen ist ok. Da direkt am Bahnhof ist. Verbindung wo man will. Obwohl am Bahnhof, war sehr ruhig drin. Gut mein Fenster war im Richtung Hof. Super Frühstück. Speck, Ei, Würstchen, und das ganze Kram. 😊

Cons:

Zimmer war bisschen zu klein, aber da ich nur zum schlafen da war, ist ok. Jetzt nicht mit dem Hotel selbst, sonder draussen, da direkt Bahnhof da ist, gibt es sehr viel Penner, Bettler. Sie haben nichts gemacht, aber Mann fühlt sich einbischen unsicher. Voralem am Nacht

Pros:

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Exactly what was expected for the price for a one-night stopover near Münster HBF. Münster as a city was beautiful and a real surprise.

Hotel nicht zu empfehlen
Cons:

Wir kamen in ein Hotelzimmer mit zerschlagenem TV und unser Fenster war komplett offen. Später haben wir dann gemerkt, dass es in dem Zimmer stark nach Rauch gerochen hat. Wir sind dann später zur Rezeption, um Bescheid zu geben und es wurde versucht den Schaden auf uns zu schieben. Wir haben weder ein neues Zimmer bekommen, noch eine Entschädigung für die Respektlosigkeit. Wir mussten dann ein Foto, was wir zum Glück gemacht hatten nach dem Check-In, von dem Fernseher als Beweis vorzeigen und dennoch wurde diskutiert, dass wir ja in den 10 min den Fernseher kaputt machen hätten können.
