Pros:

Localização e quarto moderno.

Cons:

Sempre me colocam no mesmo quarto. Nada novo. Esqueci de pagar 5 reais de um sabonete e me mandaram mensagem ameaçando colocar no SPC/Serasa. E olhe que sou cliente do LIIV desde que inaugurou, nem um sabonete ganhei de brinde.

Perfect if you just need to shower and sleep at a low cost.
Pros:

Perfect location for my needs. Price is excellent too.
The shower was better than expected.

Cons:

Room is small, but well equipped.
There is a lot of low frequency noise coming from the walls (Corridors, AC and vents of the other rooms).
