Cons:

Do not come here at all. The big guy at the front desk commands my son to clean the front desk coffee because his too lazy to get up and do his own work.
This is not Hilton standards. When you charge $172 a night, YOU DON’T treat your customer like a little pawn, even if he looks young enough to manipulate.
This is not how US hotel industry work.

Pros:

The hotel in itself is very nice. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and very spacious. The pool was amazing being salt water with a slight current. I was just a bit disappointed that my key wouldn't open the pool area in the morning when I had planned to go for another swim.
And the location is a bit of a way away from the airport with no public transport to get to the hotel. There is also not a lot to do around the area, but it was enough for a nice stroll and to get some food.

Pros:

The room was great, pool was awesome, breakfast was wonderful!

Cons:

Male staff member on Saturday night was rather rude, never greeted us, wasn't sure he was even an employee for a while. Later we asked for an extra blanket because we were cold, and he repeatedly questioned us as to WHY we needed one. NOT polite or helpful at all.
