Fue una estadia increible, desayuno super variado y abundante, mi habitacion daba a la playa asi que el despertar y ver la playa fue increible. La habitacion super comoda y amplia, siempre que necesite algo en la recepcion me atendieron super bien. Volveria sin dudas

A really nice stay somewhat spoiled by lack of care
Pros:

The property was beautiful , brilliantly located and spotlessly clean . Breakfast was brilliant and getting Sunbeds at either pool was very easy.

Cons:

During our stay I received a text message from someone professing to be from the hotel advising that they couldn’t verify my card and my booking could be cancelled . I’d paid weeks before so therefore knew this was a scam but they had my name , check in and check out information and telephone number . When I raised this with front desk , with particular concern as to how they had all my reservation information , they were completely unconcerned and were not really interested in this breach of GDPR. It was our last night (out of 5) but it would really put me off staying again or recommending this hotel if this is the careless way guest data is treated .

Pros:

Shower not good water is hot and cold and they didn’t fix the problem and didn’t change the room. Half board not good as no allergens shown or if vegetarian or not. Disappointed

Pros:

Clean and modern and loved that there was no towels on sunbeds at dawn. Always a bed available around the pool.

Nice hotel and good location
Pros:

The location, breakfast was good and the room was a good size, clean and well equipped
The location was near to a wedding for attendance

Cons:

On check in the receptionist was not very helpful, it was late but should be service with a smile

Modern and in a great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location to both Calla Millor and Calla Bona. The hotel is modern and has lovely pools with the bonus of having sun on both the main pool and roof top most of the day.

Cons:

The sun lounges near the main pool are extremely uncomfortable.
