Close to shopping and restaurants.
No kitchen or dining room open. Hidden cost everywhere including for ice. No instructions on the internet access or minimal food items for choice. Refrigerator not functioning properly.
The pool and the access to beach
Aircon in the room cant cover the whole room, its not strategically located. If the room is up to 6 pax, chairs and tables or luggage storage is not for 6 pax.
Customer assistance is bad. No confirmation prior to the booked date, and despite the contact nr provided by booking.com, I only contacted it 1x, despite calling nth time. Receptionist said will get back to me, but i never got feedback. Upon arrival, i told the receptionists. Apparently, they were not moved or took seriously my complaint.
Just the beach front

The hotel location is beach front with amazing swimming pool, other than that it is all bad starting from the room to food to service.
The room has a bad smell and the AC isn't cooling, also no telephone inside the room so if you need any assistance you have to go down to the reception to ask whatever you want. the restaurant's food is cold or like frozen and they just cooked so it became hard. The service isn't a hotel type service, you would ask something and you will never get it unless you keep following 3 to 4 times.

Actually, I have nothing to look back on the resort. Our stay on the resort itself didn’t satisfy us.
The room rate is too expensive for the room we got. Imagine, 13k per night is equivalent to a very nice hotel in Manila that would give you 5-star service, but this resort won’t satisfy you ineverytuing. Big disappoinment
Property was well layout. Pool is shaded by main bldg till late morning and beach has easy access.

The AC is not working well and it hot during the stay. Although the maintence had tried their best to fix the AC it is still a bit warm. Good that they had provided us with 2 fans. Suggest to have the AC a regular check up to avoid hazzle when the guest are already there. The toilet is ponding as well.
It was good but not great, the property was well kept and the rooms had running hot water but the room was very hot and the mattress was very thin
On site pool, beach and direct access to ocean. Ocean waves can be strong here but long beach to run or walk if desired (local vendors on beach). Road to site can be narrow and passes through residential back yards. On site parking appears limited as compared to room amounts for levels of complex. Good elevator on site. Decent food onsite local and western. Check in can be a task if a busy time. Room is basic and bathroom is local, very low water pressure due to restrictive shower head but warm. Concrete support next to bed edge (head strike issue) and toilet placed very close to door (typical). Pet friendly and local dogs on site.
Limited dining
Second time to stay. We love that the hotel is pet friendly. Need a little bit improvement with the internet provider. Some rooms have internet tv while some just have a basic cable that only have less than 5 channels. But great facility and staff. Will be back again.
