Stayed 4 days, great abouts washing machine 👌. But boong boong bells ringing from 4am early morning and 5pm, an other rooster 🐓 2 o'clock till afternoon (every 3,4 hours separated).
The kitchen unavailable for cook anything, just boiling hot water.
Washing machine is good. Very noisy in the early morning the Buddha temple ringing the bells 4 o'clock and early evening.

The place is spacious, clean, good Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, kettle, some basic kitchenwares, tv, strong air conditioner, washer is a plus. Close to the airport (3 km). Short distances to different places. There's also an elevator, which is very important to move heavy stuffs. Quick check in and out. The owner even didn't checkfor any consumed stuffs in the room. Price extremely reasonable. Strong water pressure. The only thing I don't like is that the sink and the shower are next to each other in the same side of the glass wall that separates them from the toilet. One more thing that is good is that there's a Bbq restaurant on the side of the street serves lunch in a nice place with air conditioner that I cannot eat without it in a hot summer in Danang.

The manager/owner, Ms. Dong is very approachable and kind.
The pillows smell rancid. But Ms. Dong was informed and she immediately replaced them.

I only booked this based on some positive review from online blogger. Well I stop following that person as this was a below average hotel. I do feel sorry for the hotel management as they are just trying to make a living I guess but really the problem with it was the air conditioner didn't work and there was a door in the room which opens to an adjacent hotel room so theres no privacy and security risk from the other hotel guests in that other room. Also the reception is pretty bad it is a small driveway down into the basement of the building you need to walk down. I cancelled after 1 hour of staying but had to pay a cancellation fee of 1 night just for the hassle.

Had everything we needed in the property and good value for money
Seems to be some construction going on at the moment which meant we got a lot of drilling and banging from 7:30am
The owner is very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
