Pros:

Cordialità e massima disponibilità a risolvere qualsiasi problema del proprietario e di tutto lo staff.

In camera mancava una scrivania e una sedia (nelle foto si intuiva ci fossero...), erano cambiati un po' gli elementi presenti in camera, ma in men che non si dica il personale ha provveduto a portare sedia e tavolino ad altezza std. Eccellente prontezza.

Cons:

Sala ristoro/relax un pó troppo piccola.
Troppa profumazione ambientale che poteva disturbare.
L'illuminazione potrebbe essere migliorata, solo una tipologia di illuminazione potrebbe non essere sufficiente.
Al secondo piano il wifi era un pó lento, se bisogna fare lavori importanti non va bene, per il resto ok.

Il posto sarebbe piacevole se non fosse per il rumore
Pros:

L'hotel è carino, la camera spaziosa, il bagno con tutto il necessario, il letto comodo.
La posizione comoda, se non bisogna andare in centro a Napoli, la vicinanza con il centro commerciale è una cosa positiva, Il parcheggio è utilissimo.
La colazione è da bar, cornetto e cappuccino, ma accettabile, in linea con le aspettative

Cons:

Le pareti sono di carta velina e si sente davvero tutto, infatti c'erano alcuni ospiti decisamente maleducati che facevano tantissimo rumore e a loro si sono aggiunte le persone addette alla pulizia del mattino, che parlavano tra loro ad alta voce da una stanza all'altra sin dalle 7,30, incuranti del fatto che ci fosse qualcun altro che avrebbe voluto dormire, ho dovuto urlare di fare silenzio e quando mi sono lamentata con una persona dello staff ho ricevuto una guardata piena di risentimento invece che delle normali scuse. Purtroppo ho letto questa cosa in altre recensioni quindi devo dedurre che sia proprio un'abitudine e non un caso
Questo ha fatto perdere alla struttura tantissimi punti per me - avrei dato 8,5 non fosse stato per questo
