Very comfortable and clean
The other guests were extremely loud
Great stay
Whole hotel experiance
The downstairs bar/lounge area was lovely
Our room was okay, nothing fancy. However we only had one plastic stool for 2 guests. The mattress and pillow were very old and had indentation marks from where previous guests had laid.
The breakfast was not value for money
The hotel was a decent enough price to be right in the city centre and is perfect for a one or two night stay.
The room itself was a little misleading with the third bed option being just a pulldown one crammed into the side of the small room, but was still fit enough for purpose.
Location and cleanliness
The room was tiny with the bed against the wall, my husband had to climb over me to get out. The bed also sunk in the middle meaning we kept ending up squashed together. There’s are only a couple of coat hangers for storage and no bedside drawers/shelves to have a bottle of water on. The car park that had a parking offer through the hotel was meant to be £10 yet it was £11 and was quite a walk with heavy bags.
Also it was very overpriced, we paid £220 for 2 rooms with no breakfast yet if we’d stayed the following night it was £35 a room. I know it’s marketed as a budget hotel but £231 for one night for my husband and 1 daughter is not a budget price. Definitely not worth the money and I have since cancelled a stay we had booked here in the summer.
Nothing
NO PARKING AT ALL
Breakfast - nothing much there
Staffing just dreaming at counter in morning
Well located with nice bar and restaurant. Surprisingly quiet despite the central location. Really good value too.
Nothing
Close to city center
Room was tiny barely big enough for 2 nevermind 3
Food was poor and expensive for what you got and staff seemed put out when asking for food
