Expensive for what you get
Easy friendly check in, good room, clean, and appreciated the kettle and toiletries. Good central location. Good price.
Would have been handy to be able to check in before 3 pm.
Prefer to have a bog brush!
Clean quiet and close to the city centre
Staff were a bit rushed but was not a big issue
Nice decor, great location & very comfortable beds!
Nothing
Budget friendly stay
Nothing like that , all facilities were so good
Cheap and cheerful.
The breakfast is very poor. It initially seemed good value until I'd already paid and was faced with a cooked selection that comprised some soggy scrambled eggs, sausages and overcooked beans. There were some half burned pastries and some cereals as well, but I was very disappointed.
Mattress was good. Staff friendly.
Bed was not in the middle, but next to the wall. Not comfortable for 2 people to sleep. Not easy to find. No signs, was driving circles until i found. Parking nearby expensive. Breakfast very poor. Coffee horrible. Next day went for breakfast to Premier inn next door. 1£ cheaper and much better quality.
Nothing
Everything
The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature was good and the A/C worked. The sound insulation was good and thus the room was quiet. The blackout blinds worked well, meaning the room was sufficiently dark. As a result, I had an excellent sleep both nights. I liked the quirkly decor in the lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in the area close to where I wanted to be.
The price seemed quite steep for what was advertised as a "budget" hotel, particularly given how limited the facilities were. The fact that breakfast was NOT included added to the sense of having been exploited. Regarding the breakfast, the sausages were overcooked and of poor quality. Also, things like the plates, mugs and other crockery were not refreshed frequently enough meaning none were available for e.g coffee.
The hotel lacked an ironing room and when I requested an iron, none were available, which was inconvenient.
The parking situation was unsatisfactory. The closest car-park had no relationship with the hotel at all, and it only allowed a maximum 24 hour stay, which was inconvenient. The "official" hotel-affiliated/discounted car-park was well over a 5 minute walk away. One of my fellow guests has mobility problems thus the lack of direct accessibility to the lobby in terms of loading was another inconvenience.
City centre location. Comfy bed. Easy check-in. Oh come on I wrote three sentences, leave me alone! How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
Bathroom plug was slow to drain. I don't have anything else to complain about. Why do I need to write three sentences? Gleeby glob gloopy glabba goobady doo doo.
The breakfast was a good selection of continental and English breakfast.
