Stanza piccolissima per tre persone, non ci si poteva muovere, forse 15 mq....sporca con polvere e macchie di sangue sui muri.
Quite modern
Room was too small for 3 people. Hot and no space for a small case or to get ready. Not the nicest area and car park was difficult to find.
Comfortable bed and room was kept a Comfortable temperature all night.
Breakfast was random but adequate.
Reasonably priced.
Told we couldn't get any food at 8.30pm.
Only 1 pillow each (thankfully took our own)
Furry mould on some of the shower grout, along with large crack in shower tray (look like a repair had been attempted)

Nowhere to unload the car out the front, parking garage quite a way away.
What I liked most was the hotel's location. It is close to the city center and shops, making it very convenient to get around. There is a public parking area nearby, which was a big advantage.
The rooms were much smaller than they appeared in the photos. They also didn't seem to be cleaned thoroughly. It felt as if only the bed linen had been changed and clean towels had been provided. We stayed in a triple room, and the biggest downside was that the window could not be opened. There was air conditioning, but it wasn't very effective. With three people staying in the room, it would have been much more comfortable to be able to open a window and let in some fresh air.
Was a good location, supermarket across the street. Easy to get to town. Room was spacious. Downstairs hang out area and breakfast was good
Has "aircon" but even set at its lowest, was not that cold. Bed was quite hard and the shower leaked.

I was informed of getting guest discount on parking for 24hrs after validating my plastic coin at the reception.But of departure,I end up paying £12.00 which doesn’t sit well while other parking lots around don’t charge upto that for 24hrs.

Good location,helpful staff and facility is clean
However the AC or Fan was not working in the room and there is no window to open which made the room stuffy and sleep a bit uncomfortable.
Location was great, rooms small but perfect for one night and clean.
No parking
The hotel is in a convenient position to get about. The downstairs reception area feels welcoming, the staff were friendly and the lounge area comfortable. My request for a room nearer to the lift was noted and duly applied. The breakfast had a better standard and enough variety to exceed my pre conceived thoughts. My bedroom was very quiet and though small, very clean and comfortable too.
I didn't dislike anything. There was a very good level on offer overall, especially for a budget hotel and for the very good cost. I would just suggest more vegetarian and vegan breakfast, and food options. In the bedroom, some drink sachets with more variety too would be nice.
