Staff member when we arrived was incredibly moody, I came in at around 3:30pm on check-in day to ask about parking, as the site was misleading claiming there was a car park. She rolled her eyes dramatically upon my asking, and looked like she'd rather do anything else than help me. We had driven up from Brighton and were tired and in need of a shower, and ideally if you're going to have someone on the front desk they would actually be welcoming. She was very rude, I wasn't impressed.

Great price for what you get
Pros:

Modern rooms and great value for money. Location fitted our needs well. Check out was a very generous time. Second time using this hotel.

Cons:

Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Struggled to get heating to work, ended up leaving it and being cold. Main road noise could be heard in the room. Staffs customer service was poor, never a smile, acknowledgement or conversing, very deflating customer service.
