Better than expected. Would use again.
Pros:

As a 2 start hotel it felt more like a 3 star to me. Modern and clean. Decent facilities. Nice enough staff etc.

Cons:

Would have liked better aircon and/or ability to open windows.

Um bom hotel, mas que não recomendo durante épocas de calor

Localização muito boa, funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Na informação no booking dizia que havia ar condicionado no quarto, mas não funcionava. Com a onda de calor, o quarto estava muito quente, e não havia nem janela para abrir.

Também houve alguma confusão no checkin, invertendo o quarto meu com o de um casal que viajava comigo, que depois gerou problemas na hora do checkout.

Never booking IBIS sheffield again

Breakfast for a budget hotel is decent

Cons:

I have stayed in IBIS before , that is the reason to book IBIS. But this experience was horrendous. The room AC was not working. UK heat is 35 degrees , the window doesn't open, plus the staff is completely unkind , rude , arrogant , not at all helpful ,especially a girl named 'MARVICK' was so unprofessional and rude. When we reported that the Air Con is not working , these were her replies:
1.My system shows AC is on
2.If you are feeling warm , thats your problem ,I can't help you
3.We cannot change room, do you want me to kick out other guests from their rooms
4.We cannot cancel the booking/refund , if you have a problem , please check out
5.Said I will have to speak to manager , did not speak and did not feedback , when asked again , said manager is going to come tomorrow , I can't do anything
She was undertone Racist , sweet to white people.
After arguing with us agreed to provide fan for the room.

The air conditioning in my room is not working, and the room is uncomfortably warm. I went to the reception to inform the staff about the issue, but unfortunately I did not receive a positive response. I also requested to be moved to another room, but my request was refused.
As a result, I was unable to sleep due to the heat and the lack of air conditioning. I am very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled and would appreciate an immediate solution, either by repairing the air conditioning or providing me with another room.

The only thing I liked about the property was its location. And check out is fast.

Cons:

The air conditioning kept showing an error approximately every 15 minutes. There was not enough fresh air in the rooms, and there were no windows. Slippers were not provided either. The corridors were also poorly ventilated. Unfortunately, there are many things that need improvement.

Pros:

La posizione è eccellente e il prezzo molto buono.

Cons:

La camera non era pulita e c'erano persino capelli e peli pubici nella doccia.
Inoltre nelle facilities è incluso il parcheggio per poi scoprire che bisogna pagarlo.
