Pros:

I had a reservation and that went smoothly, I had purposely asked to be in a room in view of my vehicle since I knew this wasn’t a great area, nor do I trust anyone. The room that the receptionist gave me was in no view of my car, so that was a disappointment. I decided to give the room a try anyway and when I began to inspect it I smelled urine, marijuana, and even a smell of stool. It was disgusting and the air felt humid and wet. I went back to the receptionist to complain and ended up just telling him that I don’t want to stay anymore and that I would be leaving. I would recommend asking for the copy of your ID just in case, you never know with these people.

There was a moldy smell. The room was 51* when I checked in. My feet stuck to the carpet. Lots of exterior noise. Exterior doors either didn’t lock or wouldn’t open.

Half the rooms were sealed with a posting from the city that they were uninhabitable for humans. A huge dead cochroach right inside the door of the room. I got my money refunded and left. So disgusting

We did not stay there. I liked the rate and location as it was close to family we were visiting.

Cons:

I had booked through your site and received confirmation. I was tired and not feeling well after a long day. We went to check into the hotel. We walk in,and the guy at the counter said they cancelled their reservations due to renovations. I was exhausted and VERY unhappy.
There was also a smell of sewage and small amounts of standing water in the parking lot.
I now have to check the credit card we used to ensure we were not charged anything, and that we do not have any unauthorized charges.

Shocked and disappointed.
Pros:

The room was very spacious.

Cons:

Very unclean. The hallways smelled of smoke and marijuana. The side access doors weren't even locked. The bedsheets were burnt, had yellow and pink stains. The couch smelled terrible and was obviously dirty. Sink wasn't working.
