They turned me away at the front desk- they said the booking app was wrong- they had no rooms available because they had rooms under maintainance even though the listing showed 7 rooms available on the app. There are rumors this is a sex trafficing motel. Aftetr this experience I belive it- I think they are turing away customers so they can rent the rooms out by the hour. BEWARE.

The price was good and decent
The bed was hard. Could of used more pillows. The carpet was stained and there was some kind of stain or something on ceiling above the bed.Did have a great view of river out the window.
Needs major makeover.
Pretty beat up room.
It was cheaper is all it had going for the establishment.
The curtains were falling off the wall, dirty air filter laying on bed, kids toy behind curtain, no towels to use. One bed was not on a frame and kept falling off making it unable to sleep on.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I felt VERY UNSAFE & UNCOMFORTABLE for the first time in my life & I'm 58!!!!!! I also asked him why all the exits/ entrances weren't locked coming in & out have access to the customers hallway as well. He got very pissed, disrespectful & this time threatened me that he's calling the police to remove me knowing I live 8 hrs away. When I checked in prior to this I was told by my VIP customer support that they emailed Travel Lodge asking not to give me a late cancelation fee & they approved it. I was approx $11 short & I was refused check in. I asked if I could cover the difference on a credit card & was refused again. My friend had $100 cash to pay the difference & he refused again saying he only has small bills so it needed to get changed or we can't check in. I asked for the receipt so I had proof of checking out due to the bed bugs fleas filthy stained curtains blood bowel urine & seman stains accompanied by pubic hairs. He refused to give us one. Immediately after finding out all of the above I went to let him know & asked if he could look at the room. I would have called to ask but there wasn't a phone & couldn't call from mine due to misplacing my memory card. He said staff can't enter the room. I said I didn't ask you too & said we would stand in the hallway & he refused to do it. I went back & brought everything to him so he could look at it and I was treated worse than before & was told to get out of his lobby before something may happen. That's when I said you cant refuse me or any paying customers refusal to their room knowing I live 8 hrs away because I told him at check in I can't drive that far due to my
sleeping disorder. He basically responded not giving a shit & when I asked earlier about the exit/entry doors being exsecible to anyone he couldn't care less.

The room is decent size for just two people.
The cops (5 squad car) showed up. Not sure what happened but it was pretty scary. We heard loud popping noise and we were really waiting for someone to alert us to be evacuated out of the motel. I paid pretty high for this place thinking it’ll be ok…. nope! Never again. People were loud- it was a very sketchy and janky location. Would have been nice to be warned! I think sleeping in my car was safer but the spouse needed a shower. Hard pass unless you’re on the run or something and need to blend in idk.
The price! Like the saying goes... You get what you pay for. $114 doesn't get much.
The halls smelled like cigarettes smoke. We heard people yelling and kids screaming all night long. The carpet in our room looked like it had never been cleaned. The air conditioner didn't work it was 80 in our room. I asked the front desk to check it out. No one ever came.
