Bardzo dobry hotel.
Pros:

Bardzo przyzwoity hotel. Wygodne pokoje, przestronne, W pokojach klimatyzacja, lodówka. Dostęp do wody na korytarzu. Nieduży, zadaszony basen i stół do tenisa stołowego. Smaczne śniadania, bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Lokalizacja dobra, krótki przejazd do głównych atrakcji.

Cons:

Trochę twarde łóżka, jedno z łóżek stało z boku i nie miało swojego oświetlenia do czytania.

Unfortunately, we did not end up staying at Hotel Shams. When we arrived after a long, hot day visiting Bukhara, there was no electricity in the hotel. Although the staff saw us heading to our room, no one informed us about the power outage in advance or offered any explanation.

Throughout our short time there, the staff seemed disengaged, spending most of their time behind the reception desk looking at their phones. We received very little information or assistance regarding the situation.

As a result, we decided to leave and book another hotel inside the Old City. To their credit, the hotel staff did not make any issues when we decided to cancel our stay after realizing there was no power, and the process was straightforward.

In our experience, staying within the historic walls offers a much better atmosphere and, in our case, much friendlier and more helpful service. Based on our experience, we would recommend choosing accommodation inside the Old City instead.

Номер в восточном стиле, холодильник в номере, небольшой но хороший бассейн, вкусный завтрак и конечно гостеприимный персонал.

Cons:

Небольшой момент, что на кровати 2 матраса и они разъезжались, когда спали, не критично , но момент есть
