Good stay at a hotel with lots of positives with opportunities to improve
Pros:

The location is great. Nice neighborhood to walk around with restaurants, shops and bars.
The service and staff were great. Positive and eager to help.
Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious and clean.
Daily great cleaning of room. Minibar was stocked well and refilled everyday.
Great Historical building and the conversion to hotel is done nicely.

Cons:

The breakfast is a buffet that is minimal. You can order other items but there is no menu so you don't know what is available. Slow service at times. First day I waited 30 minutes just to order as there was only one staff member for breakfast. Way too small pool and the location is not good.
The air conditioner in the suite room is too big and noisy. A small split type would be much better. If you are noise sensitive you will not get any sleep.

Excelente hotel boutique con pocas habitaciones, señorial, construído sobre una antigua fabrica de telas, pero con un excelente buen gusto y sin escatimar gastos

Cons:

todo bien. Es un hotel caro pero una vez se puede hacer el esfuerzo y alojarse.

Pros:

Beautifully decorated hotel with art everywhere. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Very upscale.

Pros:

Todos los detalles están cuidados. Realmente boutique y personalizado. Decoración y detalles de arquitectura muy bien logrados. El desayuno es fino, de calidad, completo, y excelente atención. Como detalle agradezco y felicito al personal en general que se ocupo en comunicarse conmigo después de haber olvidado lo que teníamos guardado en la caja fuerte. Por todo lo expresado califico como SUPER y EXCELENTE !!!! FELICITACIONES a todos los que hacen posible y merecedores de una calificación de DIEZ
