My stay was adequate. I really liked the location.
Pros:

I really liked the location. So much to do around the hotel.

Cons:

The bed was too soft. My back was starting to hurt and also my husbands. A lot of the time there was no one at the front desk.

Great stay. Just minor things to improve. Definitely a mus to come back and maybe use one of the other locations. Person
Pros:

Really nice hotel, nice beds, great space in the room. Easy access. Location is near everything!!!

A big point, when we arrived early in the morning we had an awesome chance of having our room before check in time, that helped us a LOT, kudos for that….

Cons:

Even though it is nicely located, at certain night hours, the streets filled with night “workers” and arriving was noisy and not comfortable.

Cleaning inside the room was “good” but flor swiping could be better (ours had dirt, when walking barefooted we felt all the little stones and dirt), but we left really early in our second day without having the chance to inform it.

There were some spaces where the odor was not nice (like urine) in the building (first floor) and in the bathroom, specially when it rained… it was not pleasant. The only proposed solution was to use more cleaning liquid, which was not suitable for us, as it was also a strong chemical odor.

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were excellent and the location was not far from Gran Via. Shops are on your doorstep. Short walk to metro. Rooms were a good size and bed comfortable. The welcome pack of snacks, water and juice was appreciated. The air-conditioning in the room was very welcome!

Cons:

Bit of wear and tear in the bathroom and some mould in the tiled shower. On a very busy pedestrian avenue and our room overlooked the street so was very noisy most of the night.

Great place to stay in central Madrid
Pros:

There was a problem with the electricity for 30 minutes one night. The manager personally apologized for this and compensated us on a very generous way.

Good as long as everything works as it shoud.
Pros:

Excellent location. Room well equipped.

Cons:

Not clear what address our room was at, given multiple locations.
A problem with the electricity for over 30 mins at 10pm. Turns out there is just a receptionist at night and no emergency support.
