Séjour humide et sans eau chaude - FUYEZ

L’emplacement est parfait

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude pendant le séjour, la personne qui est en contacte dit que cela va être réparé, ce qui exacte mais 6h après le chauffe eau est de nouveau en panne… résultat pas d’eau chaude matin et soir
Et enfin, réveil avec un goutte à goutte sur la tête dû à une belle grosse fuite d’eau au dessus du lit
La seule réponse de l’intermédiaire qui n’est pas le loueur: la prochaine fois que vous viendrez on fera mieux . Bref à fuire

Very friendly staff and an uncomplicated experience.
Pros:

Great experience we had with our staying at the hotel. Everything was great and uncomplicated. The staff was very nice and always helpful and reachable whenever needed. Definitely would recommend and also consider going back if i ever should need a place to stay in Istanbul again.

The staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the location is absolutely fantastic in every way – upscale and strategically located.
