Pros:

Посетила отель на 2 дня, очень жаль не хотелось улетать, месторасположение 10 из 10, только если будете брать экскурсии, нужно будет немного пройтись до остановки автобуса не больше 7 минут. Обменник аптека, все рядом) Вид из окна супер. Внутри все аккуратно, чисто. Есть все необходимое несколько пакетиков чая, полотенца, тапочки, шампуни, чайник. Один раз вечером дверь не открылась по паролю, сотрудник решил проблему за 10 минут) Спасибо Bahar и Murat за рекомендации кафе ресторанов, только не все успела посетить, и спасибо за помощь по всем вопросам) хочу вернуться в это место)

Cosy hotel next to Galata Tower
Pros:

The Maravilloso Hotel Galata has perfect location, exactly 5 min walk to Galata tower and corner around from Sisane subway.
It seems hotel was partially renovated, so the bathrooms are new, super clean with hot water, all good.
However, the hotel has two sides, one facing the street - this part is nice and another one facing the wall of building behind, so room on the ground floor looks like a basement and might not be comfortable for some people.
But I must say thank you to Bahar (our receptionist), she saw our frustration and next day she was able to change rooms to the front side. She was super helpful!
Hotel in general is clean, good value for money.

Cons:

When you are booking the rooms you don’t see that some rooms facing the wall and you don’t have the light. This might be sold as cheaper offer and some might want such option. Otherwise you are frustrated and upset.

Buenas ubicación y limpieza, y el personal muy atento. Nos hizo la estancia muy fácil y cómoda.

Cons:

Las fotos son mejores que la realidad. El alojamiento no tenía balcón ni terraza. La pila del baño muy pequeña.

Good for the location, nice service but with room for improvement
Pros:

Really good location and very friendly stuff and helpful receptionist. The bathroom was also very spacious

Cons:

The room was small, with a not so comfortable bed. We could open the window easily to let the air in.
Also there was mold in the shower tiles

Awesome location, great customer service. nice & comfortable apartment.
Pros:

Spacious appartment in the most vibrant location. Close proximity to both Galata tower & Taksim broad walk and tunnel. you could literally cover all major attraction in walking distance of less then 30 min. Customer service was top notch. cleaning done everyday (doent happen in most air bnb or apartment rentals).

Cons:

Some basic utensils were missing like kitchen knife, pans, additional plates etc. its not a big deal compared to other positive points.

Bnb in posizione super centrale, a due passi da torre galata e da istiklal, ma molto silenziosa e tranquilla
La stanza era silenziosa, pulita e dotata di tutto cioè che occorre..
I gestori sono molto accoglienti, ci hanno donato acqua, rifatto più volte la stanza, e trattato con molta gentilezza.. consigliatissimo !!!
