Pros:

Beautiful location on Soliman Bay, lovely beachfront, friendly management staff, excellent cleaning staff. Walking distance to Manta Ray hotel and restaurant and Jashita hotel and restaurant.

Septic smell upon arrival (they fixed it promptly upon request by pumping septic tank). Septic needs upgraded. The toilet is actually hot to the touch as is the septic tank cover - something concerning going on. Not permitted to put toilet paper in toilet.

All buildings, structures and walkways are fine but older and could use updating.

Outdoor beach loungers tired also.

Need more cutlery, glassware and scissors would have been helpful.

Beachfront not maintained consistently - sargasso blew in on days 4 - 7 of our stay, and removal was sporadic and they didn’t have enough people or equipment to effectively manage it.

Coconuts aren’t consistently removed and fall from the trees which is dangerous.

Summary - the location (Soliman Bay) is amazing, staff are great, and the accommodations are fine but need updates.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The private beach was stunning, and we enjoyed breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day. The bungalows are charming, spacious, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, gas stove, and all the essentials, including plates, silverware, and pots and pans. One of the highlights was the downstairs shower, which has an open roof, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature while you shower.

Both the downstairs patio and the upstairs balcony offered the perfect spots to relax and take in the ocean view. Housekeeping was efficient, coming daily, and any issues were promptly addressed by the staff. Levi and Manuel were particularly wonderful—they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine, and when we mentioned we'd forgotten to bring coffee, they promptly brought some over to our bungalow.

The property is situated on a private road with security at the gate, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the hotel zone. Yet, it’s only a 20-minute drive from the Tulum strip, with plenty of restaurants and shopping. They can even arrange transportation if needed.

I can't recommend this place enough and look forward to returning. I'll also be introducing some of my clients to the other nearby villas. There’s truly nothing like this in Tulum. Thank you, TLC, for such a memorable experience!

Pros:

The casita wreaked when we first got there. Smelled like someone overflowed the toilet. After airing it out for a fully day or so it was better. From the pictures it appeared the rooms in Casa Corazon 3 were in the same level, not the case. Casa corazon 3 has a room upstairs and downstairs, connected by an outdoor staircase. There's also a huge building going up next door so there was constant construction noise while trying to relax on the beach. Once construction is done this place will be better.

Pros:

If private and relaxing is what you are looking for, this is the place to be! Tulum is like a 20 minute drive and Playa del Carmen is 40 minutes away. Cancun is about an hour and 20 minutes away.
Most of the attractions are scattered so it just depends exactly where you want to go. Make sure and do the research beforehand. I do recommend to get a rental to get around because private transportation or a taxi, can get pricey! I also recommend to go grocery shopping beforehand, unless you have a private chef. If you plan on just relaxing and staying at the beach, this is a great option.

Pros:

Thank you Christian for making our stay memorable and for assisting us with any questions we had. He went above and beyond!

Was looking forward to the included breakfast, in actuallity this meant you cook your own breakfast with the provided basic food. Other than that, everything was great.

Pros:

Pros:

The bungalows are close enough together that it's a quick walk from one to the other but you have your own space. We stayed in bungalow ONE and THREE. The downstairs has a bed, bathroom and kitchen with seating, unit ONE has a small living space with couch and TV. You have to go outside and climb stairs to get to the upstairs bedroom which has a bed and bathroom. It wasn't a lot of space but we felt comfortable. The two twin beds in unit ONE are pretty high up and against the wall where it meets the ceiling so I do not recommend adults stay up there, it would be pretty uncomfortable but ok for children you can trust to climb up and down the ladder. My only complaint was the shower was giving trouble while we were there so I only had one nice warm shower which was the morning we left but they did send someone to look into the issue everyday until it was fixed.

Pros:

Love this place and the people! Everyone was so amazing and went above and beyond for us. Truly so clean and safe there too. It was by far the most exclusive and wonderful place I’ve ever stayed at. They make you feel so special! I never wanted to leave there or them. Tina, Diana, Chef Alejandro and everyone else were perfection! Will definetly go back and already can’t wait for it again. Love!

Pros:

My sister and I loved our stay at Casa Corazon 3. Everything was just as we pictured and intended for our vacation. The staff was /is phenomenal and truly treat you like family. Aside from the beach at your doors step, what I love about this hotel is that it's small and intimate, so you actually get to know and say hello to your neighbors ( if they are checked -). For the first day and night of our stay, we had the small resort to ourselves. While it's relatively "close-knit" you still have more than enough space for privacy.

The only thing that is challenging about this stay is that it's located in the beautiful Solimon Bay off of highway 307. To get to the hotel you have to cut through a mangrove on an unpaved road that easily adds about 5-10-mins to your drive. Taxis are extremely expensive so overall transportation and getting a quick bite to eat takes quite a bit of coordination. If you are planning to stay here I would recommend renting a car or ordering groceries. Each bungalow has a full kitchen and staff can help you get the food you want ahead of time. There is only 1 eatery in the bay at a hotel 5mins away but other than that you'd have to call a taxi to go grab food. I can't reiterate how much I loved staying at CC3 Roy, Tina and Diana are absolutely fantastic.

Pros:

The dreamiest place in the world. My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon at Casa Corazon. The beauty of the bungalows and grounds alone had us completely in love, but we also felt so taken care of by the staff. It was so incredibly helpful to have amazing recommendations each day and dinner reservations made for us each night...We really felt like we got to see the best of the best in Tulum. Everyone was so kind and eager to make our stay the best it could be. We felt like we were in a safe little haven, the area was so peaceful and quiet... we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves even though the other bungalows were occupied. We walked up and down the beaches looking at other homes/hotels, but we genuinely felt like we had the best spot.

Because of the particular location, the beach can get seaweedy, but we made our way out to a public beach as well to get the best of both worlds... We loved that ours was so close to our front door and so secluded. Truly can’t say enough about this wonderful place — We had the time of our lives and definitely plan on returning!!

Pros:

The property was clean and well maintained, the rooms were cozy and we had most of the comforts of home. We used the bbq grill and the stovetop, the oven is small and takes awhile to warm up, don’t rely on that to cook your meals. The beds are very comfortable and the showers were spacious and had good water pressure. We lost water a couple of times but they got it working again quickly. We loved sitting on the beach under the palapas and reading in the hammock at night while watching the sunset. The plunge pool is wonderful and great for cooling off. Sofia, our butler made reservations for us at the restaurant down the beach, Pandano, which was a wonderful Italian seafood restaurant with lovely ambiance and fantastic food. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would visit again!
