Overall, negative experience at this property. This ruined any opportunities to enjoy the rest of my stay.

Cons:

No staff on site, manual locks in every door make it hard to remember and access the property, staff was not there to greet us and show us around, no signage indicating where our rooms were. One of the rooms we booked was not the one I had reserved online via Booking.com (property argued it was same category), with different decor and feel. Room was in the basement (aka garden level) with a moist, mold smell, and the bathroom smelled like sewage. No response from hotel or way to accommodate us. We were locked out of the room one morning for 2 hours because the door lock ran out of battery. Staff did not show up before 9:30am. Not an easy place to travel with family, when considering all the manual key codes you need to remember (garage, entry door, foyer door, apartment door - all with different codes).

Clean, modern & stylish apartment-style accommodation right near the heart of Porto
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and had great tips for experiencing the best of Porto. The staff really went out of their way to help us have a good time in town.
Out room had a beautiful, big window opening out into the yard. The apartment windows all had solid shutters on them too if you wanted some privacy or to keep the light out and sleep in in the mornings.
Location was pretty good too. Just a short walk to a plethora of wonderful cafes and eateries.

Cons:

I can't really think of anything too negative to say regarding our stay. I'd happily book here again.

Atrašanās vieta.

Cons:

Uzturēšanās šajos apartamentos neatstāja labu iespaidu. Apartamenti atrodas pagrabstāvā, un trokšņu izolācija ir ļoti vāja. Naktīs bija skaidri dzirdama satiksme no ielas – garām braucošās automašīnas radīja sajūtu, it kā tās brauktu tieši blakus. Tāpat ļoti labi bija dzirdams augšējais stāvs – katrs solis, staigāšana un kustības bija dzirdamas dzīvoklī. Trokšņu dēļ bija grūti atpūsties un izgulēties. Šo vietu neieteiktu tiem, kuri novērtē klusumu un mieru.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, wenn man im richtigen Apartment aus ist!
Pros:

Nachdem wir in der ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft eine Nacht verbracht haben, wo man Annahmen schläft auf der Straße solche Vibrationen. Übertrug diese in das Zimmer, haben wir am nächsten Morgen die Rezeption kontaktiert und mit einer sehr sehr netten Frau gesprochen (Frau Ana Isabel)die sehr sehr schnell ermöglicht hat, dass wir die Unterkunft wechseln konnten und in die Nebenstraße in ein anderes Apartment Haus gezogen sind. Ich war schon sehr unglücklich, dass der Abschluss einer wunderbaren Reise sein sollte und der Preis ebenfalls nicht gering war, allerdings die Unterkunft ist extrem laut.

Cons:

An der ersten Unterkunft hier bereits beschrieben, unser Zimmer lag in Höhe der Straße, da es ein paar Treppen hinunter ging und somit die Deckenhöhe des Zimmers etwas über der Straße lag. Die Vibrationen übertrugen sich sehr stark in das Zimmer, so dass es unmöglich war, ruhig zu schlafen, da der Verkehr auf der Straße nicht unerheblich war. Das wurde jedoch schnell gelöst.

The room was great, had everything I needed, and was clean. Bed was comfy. Building was very stylish (the Palace).

Bel appartement proche du centre, bien équipé!
Pros:

Appartement propre, spacieux, lumineux et calme. Petit déjeuner impeccable livré devant la porte tôt le matin. Personnel sympa et serviable. Bonne sécurité, place de parc assuré dans la cour du bâtiment.

Cons:

Petits problèmes techniques à notre arrivée (linges de bain manquants, frigo fonctionnant mal) qui étaient vite réglés.

Foi agradável, mas para apartamento estava à espera de mais. Acabei por ficar um pouco desiludido.
Pros:

Do conforto das camas e do facto de ser espaçoso e bem localizado.

Cons:

Acho que faltam coisas essenciais num apartamento, sobretudo quando o pequeno almoço é entregue à porta.

Não haver rolo de cozinha, uma tesoura para se poder abrir as embalagens de queijo e fiambre que são incluídas no pequeno almoço e que foram abertas… com os dentes.

Os banhos não foram incríveis, já que para se poder acertar com a temperatura certa da água, foi um filme. A juntar a isso, a falta de pressão da água quente.

De facto, o melhor de tudo são mesmo as camas.
