Pros:

El estudio estaba fantástico, espacioso y reformado con buen gusto, es un espacio cómodo y confortable. Limpio y totalmente equipado, cocina, menaje, secador etc. Si bien el baño tenía un poco de mal olor por las tuberías. La ubicación muy bien, zona tranquila y en dos calles estás en Santa Catarina que ya es centro . Un poco incómodo tener la recepción en una calle distinta a la de la puerta de entrada. La cama comodísima. Repetiría pero sin incluir desayuno, te dejan unas bolsas con un kit en la puerta, pero como hay cocina por el precio hubiera comprado un desayuno más a mí gusto y más variado.

Manque de vaisellle et sets de cuisine, il y avait juste 4 sets de vaisselle et une ou deux casseroles ce qui nous a obliger à faire tourné le lave vaisselle après chaque repas
La description du bien sur booking prête à confusion. Il y est mentionné un lit et une ou canapé lit dans le salons, alors que la réalité offre deux belle chambre avec chacune un lit.

Pros:

La villa e’ situata ad un isolato dal centro di Porto, il nostro alloggio al secondo piano con ascensore, aveva ogni comfort che c’ha consentito di poter gustare la colazione che ogni giorno viene lasciata fuori dalle stanze tutto con la massima igiene. La posizione e’ strategica e molto comoda per chi arriva in macchina perché si può usufruire di un parcheggio privato nel parco. Super curato anche nelle parti comuni, ben tenuto e di grande effetto. Super consigliato.

Cons:

Il bagno in camera era un po’ piccolo ma nel complesso c’era tutto quello che serviva.

The apartment was a wonderfully spacious and airy basement apartment in a period block, with the facilities and close to the centre of Porto

Cons:

Not exactly a dislike, but although aware that parking existed, when enquiries about facilities staff keen to dissuade us from reliance upon it’s availability. Consequently as we traveling from UK we wanted secure off-road parking, so booked alternative parking before leaving only to find apartment had secure courtyard park. It was a shame that this not advertised as such a positive asset.

doporučuji. krásné a pohodlné místo s atmosférou.centrum.skvělé řešení s parkováním u domu.
Pros:

krásný historický dům a byt s atmosférou, velmi citlivě zrekonstruovaný, skvělá lokalita s parkováním v zahradě u domu. pro delší pobyt i vícečlenné rodiny ideální. stejně tak pro pracovní cesty. klidné místo v centru, pěšky se dá sejít jen za pár minut do rušného historického centra. pohodlná postel. káva a voda při příjezdu super.

Cons:

není příjemné hledat parkování ještě před vyzvednutím kódů v kanceláři, která není v objektu ubytování, takže se pak musí zase zpět k autu a pak teprve přejet k domu. ale tuto drobnost vynahradí samotný pobyt v báječném místě.

Esperienza fantastica!
Pros:

Un appartamento splendido, ampio, luminoso, pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort (anche di parcheggio privato, anche se noi siamo arrivati in aereo e non ne abbiamo usufruito). Un bellissimo cortiletto privato circondato di piante dove potevamo cenare e/o bere un buon bicchiere di Porto, con tutt'intorno il profumo dei gelsomini. Ottima la posizione, pochi minuti a piedi da Rua de Santa Catarina, che è la principale strada del negozi, di bar e ristoranti, vicinissimo al Mercado de Bolhão.
Un ringraziamento e un saluto particolare alla Signora Anna della reception, che ci ha accolto parlando la nostra lingua (l'italiano) ed è stata gentilissima, molto professionale e competente, e ci ha dato tanti preziosi consigli e indicazioni.
Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Terrible experience at Oporto Maison Palace. No onsite support or staff. Difficult manual codes locks with small numbers, impossible to access with family and kids. Apartment I booked online was not what I received onsite. Staff offered to change and did not follow through. Concerns with damp smell and sewage, as well as mold in the basement apartment.
