Pros:

Our stay at the NIPPONIA HOTEL Yamefukushima Merchant Town was truly exceptional. The room was outstanding – stylish, spotlessly clean, and designed with great attention to detail. The location in Yame’s historic district is also ideal for exploring the area and enjoying the atmosphere of the traditional merchant town.

What impressed us the most, however, was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful time. Whether it was making reservations, answering questions, or providing recommendations, they were always available, kind, and professional. We especially remember Rui Tanaka (田中琉偉) and Mana Mochidome (持留まな) for their exceptional friendliness, courtesy, and incredible helpfulness.

We also greatly appreciated that the staff took our dietary restrictions seriously and accommodated them perfectly. We stayed for three nights, and each of the three breakfasts was different, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.

They even arranged a restaurant reservation for us in Tokyo, outside the period of our stay, which was far beyond our expectations.

Overall, our time at NIPPONIA Yamefukushima was one of the highlights of our trip, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
