Waited until the morning of check-in, to tell me my reservation was cancelled due to the room not being ready. Told me I would receive a refund. Nothing yet.

Bugs 🐛
Not safe. Sketchy. Not a real hotel like it seems on the app. I was a single woman staying there alone. Male Staff LITERALLY walks into your room WITHOUT NOTICE. Luckily, the latch was on the door as I came out of the shower. The door was open with only the latch preventing entry. No apology. Doubled down saying that they could go in and out of any room without notice. Beyond that, there is a lot of questionable activity there, and no shortage of unsavory people. It’s not in Oak Brook, like it advertises, which is a really nice area. It’s actually in Villa Park which is a lot more sketchy. You won’t realize it until you’re there. Beware! There’s a lot more I can say about this place, but just be careful. Bring tasers and mace or pepper spray or any other tools you might need for self defense. It looks normal online, but this place is just not safe.
It has mold really bad

Terrible check in. Queen size rooms do not actually have queen beds.
No vallan
The room was to small it had a smell in the room and a young lady at the desk said all the rooms are the same when I asked about an upgrade. A repair man was in the room when I arrived so they gave me a choice to stay or leave I left and had to find another hotel and I had travel very far from my home and I was tired and ended up paying a lot more money not a good trip at all
I liked the location and the price...
Nothing
Worst experience in my entire life. It’s a scam place. Bunch of liers and cheat. A complete money rip off. No one to assist for check in. Cancelled booking gave the room to someone else and still charged no show fee. Uncooperative manager and a very rude person. Booking.com should reconsider their association with this place.
