Cons:

コールセンターの電話対応が良くなかった。
利用されて頂いた宿泊施設にスタッフが常駐されていないので、せめて電話での対応は丁寧であって欲しかった。それが１番のサービスではないでしょうか。

自助入住手續簡單明瞭，房間設備也很完整！家人住的很開心
有洗衣機、除濕機、乾濕分離浴室、廚房、烤箱（微波爐？）等，還有個很大的陽台！電視能看youtube Netflix
入住過程中透過網站詢問是否能協助丟行李也有得到工作人員的回應（但要收錢哦）
雖然沒有每日清潔服務，但每天11點前將垃圾打包放在門口，工作人員會來收並給你新的垃圾袋！
走路至藥院大通站或藥院站只要10分鐘，附近也有Lawson

Pros:

玩美 有洗衣機在房間。暖氣很足。地點乾淨，毛巾給得很充裕，也可以每天更新。

輸入預約編號姓名仍然無法入住，還被要求copy護照，幸好有清潔阿姨等人協助，打電話去公司溝通三十幾分鐘才進入房間，這麼爛的電腦軟體與服務太差勁，其次房間似乎沒打掃乾淨，女性長頭髮掉滿地，浴缸髒。住宿方說每天更換浴巾並沒有，入住五天四夜到第四天中午要出門了，才把更換的浴巾送到，實在無法給予正面評價。

過ごすには良かったです。
Pros:

悪天候で急に滞在延長する事になり利用させて頂きました。洗濯機、洗剤があり助かりました。
少し歩いたところにコインランドリーもあり多めの洗濯、乾燥もできました。
部屋も家族4人で1泊過ごすには良かったです。

Cons:

洗濯済みではあるが、ロビーに置いてある部屋着に髪の毛がついていました。そこが少し気になった。
