住宿離藥院站走路大約10分鐘，但周邊走路5分鐘內有LAWSON和7-11還可以接受，藥院站就有藥妝店可以逛，房間蠻大的廚具餐具都有、微波爐很好用，房間空間足夠打開2個以上的行李箱。
隔音略差、沙發有一張灰塵蠻多的不是很乾淨，建議廚房可以提供一條拋棄式抹布、餐具晾置盒，不然洗完手or餐具後，檯面上很容易有積水。
No breakfast included. Had a kitchenette which was good as could buy food to eat.

Room was larger, nicer, and much more comfortable than we expected, which was great. We loved the kettle in the kitchen (we're British, sorry, it's a priority) and the other things in the kitchen were good. We had many additional amenities in the room, including some very nice skincare, with more that one could get freely at front desk. Shower was very nice. We were aware that the front desk was largely unmanned, and we found no issues with the check-in system. The staff we did speak to were polite and helpful, and responded to our concerns. Conbinis within walking distance.
Some concerns with cleanliness with the utensils and cutlery, we don't think they had been properly cleaned, but this was not the end of the world, frankly we clean all utensils and crockery in places we visit anyway. An instruction manual for the washing machine would've been appreciated too, but it was relatively intuitive for simple washing.

I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this hotel.
The room was shockingly dirty from the moment we arrived. We actually asked to change rooms, hoping it was just bad luck with the first one — unfortunately, the second room was no better. It quickly became clear that cleanliness is simply not this hotel’s strong side.
There was dust and visible dirt around the furniture, behind appliances, and even near the bathroom and washing machine area, which made using basic facilities feel unpleasant and unhygienic. The carpet had visible stains, and the overall feeling of the room was neglected and poorly maintained.
The worst part was the chairs. They were covered with disturbing stains that looked like old spills, greasy marks, and suspicious dried spots that honestly looked like something you would not want to even guess the origin of. The blue fabric was covered in pale blotches, crusty marks, and circular stains that made the furniture look dirty, unsanitary, and frankly disgusting. Sitting there felt impossible.
We contacted the hotel and specifically asked for proper cleaning and for those chairs to either be cleaned properly or replaced. The next day, some cleaning was done, but those horrible chairs remained exactly the same. Because of that, we could barely use the room comfortably.
After that, even using the washing machine or the bathroom felt unpleasant because the entire environment just gave the impression of poor hygiene.
This was far below acceptable hotel standards, and definitely not what anyone expects when paying for accommodation. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, or basic hygiene.
