Excellent choice for peace and quiet.
Pros:

Very nice place in a side street so one doesn't hear the motorbike bread vendors outside the windows at all hours. Very nice room with comfy bed and decent pillows. Good bathroom. Good lighting options and controls. Has nice chairs to work at the desk console. Friendly and efficient front desk. Kindly looked after a case between two visits during my absence.
I stayed here twice over 10 days or so. The first visit was a room overlooking the street, across which is a condo renovation but the noise was negligible at the time of staying. The second visit was a room at the rear, which might be a safer bet to request. Very convenient for cafés and dining at many price points.

Cons:

A minor gripe would be that the removable shower wand's position is not adjustable, fixed at 90 degrees to the wall. The rain shower head is the alternative..

Really enjoyedy staying here.
There was everyday cleaning service and fresh towels everyday. Great staff. Clean swomming pool. Clean room.
