Relaxing, chilled and comfortable experience.
Pros:

Location was good, very modern, clean and well laid out, We only availed of the breakfast in relation to food and was very good, decent selection and good coffee! Rooms very well laid out, bright, well equipped with power / charging sockets, free water and cans of pop in fridge.

Cons:

More power socket, charge points in lounge area would have been good. But this is really me only being picky

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Clean, modern, well organised and quiet. We stop over in Newcastle a lot and some hotels are so noisy at night either due to the screaming in the street or loud guests in the corridors. We stayed on a friday night and its was perfect. The river view from the room was stunning. We will definitely return.

The drinks in the bar are a little pricey but otherwise no issues

Nice clean comfortable hotel. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful.
Pros:

Great location. Modern building.

Cons:

I didn’t like the pillows. Not very comfortable.
The breakfast bread choice was very limited. I think more choice of sourdough or seeded would have helped.

J’ai apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel; je vais y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage à Newcastle
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était délicieux. Beaucoup de produits frais et appétissants.La salle de restaurant est agréable , les couleurs des meubles très harmonieuses. Tout est là pour bien démarrer sa journée!

Cons:

Pour traverser la route et monter les escaliers vers le centre ville, c’est assez compliqué; il faudrait un passage piéton car les voitures arrivent assez vite!
