The hotel was stunning from the moment you walked in. We booked the Townhouse and it is worth the money! For the views alone, people watching and the Tyne River just amazing. The bed was massive and very comfortable. All staff we spoke to were very kind and welcoming. The room had everything you needed and was very quirky with the layout. Would 100% recommend staying here.
