The cleaning was desastar look like they used old towels from the previous guest. I paid extra for the water view and requested twice to change my room. I am a regular guest at this hotel, and this is the second time this has happened to me—two weeks ago, same story: the towels were very dirty and the water view location wasn't good. I will definitely not return to this hotel; I prefer to go somewhere where they look after me.

One negative the fixed hairdryer under the sink!! H&S and cable not long enough and dryer not appropriate for long hair.

Hotel liegt direkt am Fluß, das Frühstück ist lecker, der Service zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, man fußläufig die Stadt erkunden, Parkplätze vor Ort oder fußläufig Parkhaus
We thought the rooms and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent; we loved the hotel’s location, the detail of the room and the ambience of the hotel. We will return.
The parking is difficult, compared to other hotels on the Quayside; the breakfast arrangements were chaotic - it was a busy Sunday morning but the layout of the breakfast arrangements and the flow of the buffet is not great (for example, the coffee machine queue mingles with the queue for the egg orders)
