Excellent hotel
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location on the river near to the bridges. Fantastic breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

It would have been good to have access to more parking, albeit that we were lucky to have got a space

Lovely hotel and staff but facilities and cleanliness could be improved.
Pros:

Good location to get to the centre, lovely staff and bar area.

Cons:

Floors were dirty, hand wash soap was watered down, pillows and bed weren’t very comfortable.

Pros:

Really comfy room. Huge bed, comfy mattress. Well laid out room. Drinks fridge etc. lovely view of the water.
Check in and check out efficient. Good location. Toiletries in bathroom felt high end.

Super hotel in a fab location
Pros:

I can't praise this hotel enough. It's a great location, it's stylish, clean, airy, excellent breakfast, friendly. The beds are super comfy too. The attention to detail is great such as the toiletries and nice bed linen. My daughter and I had a really fabulous stay.

Like sitting in bar lounge area with drink quite comfortable nice atmosphere

Cons:

Booked room with balcony as it was 60 th birthday surprise what a disappointment open curtains to see nothing but a muddy flat roof top absolutely terrible small room no extra bedding or throws very disappointed ☹️
