Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Bad Urach
Pros:

Super Lage nur 5 min Gehzeit vom Thermalbad.
Fantastisches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Einfacher Self-Check-in, alles unproblematisch.
Sogar die AlbCard war noch inkludiert, das ist einfach der Hammer! Inhaber haben mir noch bei der Aktivierung geholfen, das ist heutzutage nicht mehr üblich, vor allem in dieser Preiskategorie.

Das Hotel war früher wohl einmal ein Kurzentrum und ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Davon sollte man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen, die Zimmer sind wirklich ok und daher auch eine top Bewertung

Pros:

Das Appartment war wirklich schön. Küchenaussatztund war ok. Eine genaue Info über vorhandene Untensilien wäre hilfreicher.
Ansonsten war die Wohnung wirklich sauber ruhig und schön.
Qualität der Kissen im Bett könnte man etwas erhöhen.
Schade war es, dass bei Buchung nirgends eine Info war, dass es kein Frühstück mehr gibt, da hätte man sich besser vorbereiten können.
Das Appartement ist aber absolut schön. Man fühlt sich heimelig und ws ist sehr sauber.
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Gefallen haben uns die beiden Sessel im Zimmer und der große Schrank

Cons:

Das Einchecken war schon eine Katastrophe! Wir konnten nur ins Hotel, weil uns jemand die Tür aufgesperrt hatte. An der Rezeption steht ein Pc und daneben liegen Karten, die man selbst codieren muss. Da das nicht funktioniert hatte, musste ich jemanden anrufen, der das dann aus der Ferne gemacht hat. Frühstück gab es keins, dazu mussten wir in die Stadt fahren. Trotz Doppelzimmer gab es nur 1 Badetuch. In der Beschreibung stand, dass die Zimmer nur auf Verlangen sauber gemacht werden, dennoch war schon am 1. Tag jemand im Zimmer! Wir hatten private Sachen da stehen, die wir sicher weggeräumt hätten, wenn wir das gewusst hätten! Geht gar nicht.. Und das Bett! Kein Sprungrahmen, nur ein Holzrahmen, darauf alte Matratzen. Kein Komfort- Kreuzschmerzen, Beckenschmerzen..

Unterkunft war wie immer n Ordnung.

Cons:

Es gab kein Frühstück und darauf wurde nur mit kleinem Schild am Frühstücksraum hingewiesen- „Heute kein Frühstück wegen Personalmangel“ - scheint aber dauerhaft zu sein 😡 - laut Buchung immer noch möglich. Das geht gar nicht!

Für die Durchreise völlig in Ordnung
Pros:

Der Online Self-Checkin hat gut funktioniert. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel sind vorhanden. Das Hotel ansich war an meinem Aufenthalt so gut wie leer, daher alles sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Im Februar/März 2026 war die halbe Stadt eine Baustelle. Das Hotel zu finden war trotz Navi nicht so einfach.

Cons:

Mir fehlt der persönliche Kontakt. Durch die Online und Self-Check-in Dinge besteht gar kein Kontakt mehr mit irgendeinem Menschen. Bei Problemen ist niemand vor Ort. Das finde ich sehr traurig, auch wenn soweit alles klappt.

Preis- Leistung stimmt. Alles sehr sauber
Pros:

Digitales Ein- und Aus checken ging problemlos. Das gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Terrasse liegt sehr ruhig. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden, sowie 1 Sprudel und Teebeutel . Die Therme ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit der Albcard inklusive ist der Eintritt in die Therme kostenlos. CHECK OUT um 11 Uhr ist super.

Cons:

Der Link zur digitalen Albcard funktionierte nicht. Es gab keinerlei persönlichen Kontakt.
