Vintage rooms and a lovely location
Pros:

We just stayed here for one night but would definitely return again. The rooms are really neat and vintage and the bathroom is big and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was nice.

Cons:

Just a warning that there are little alarm clicker buttons beside the beds... not entirely sure why but I think we set it off a few times without knowing... sorry!

A charming and cozy stay with warm hospitality, beautiful vintage ambiance.
Pros:

Breakfast area beautifully set up with a cozy and classy atmosphere, full of charming ancient character. It felt warm, elegant, and uniquely Portuguese, making breakfast each morning a lovely experience.

Cons:

The only small issue we faced was the hotel room door, which we found a little tricky to open at times — perhaps it was just us getting used to it.

Pros:

It was very special hotel, very clean and esthetic with everything you need. Staff was very helpful also. You feel like you are at home. Location is great - close to everything by walking distance

Perfect stay
Pros:

Hotel is well presented with very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a long weekend. The location of the hotel is in the Rato area, so up on the hill from the old town centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and easily accessible to public transport. Breakfast was a basic continental which did the job. Highly recommend and would come again!

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und sehr Stilvoll. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich

Pros:

Gyönyörű volt a szálloda, Bridgerton rajóngóknak nagyon ajánlom! Mesés étkező, finom reggelik. Van hajszárító! Közel a busz és metro megálló, minden könnyen elérhető. Az utcában több étterem.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück im wunderschönen Frühstücksraum, sehr große stilvolle Zimmer, wir können das Hotel 100% weiterempfehlen, gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus 258, Tram 24 E und Metro Azul, in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Killen i receptionen var vänlig och mycket hjälpsam. Kan tänka mig att komma tillbaka.

Charmigt och personligt litet hotell med bra läge.

Cons:

Saknade en uteplats att sitta på, frukosten var helt ok men kunde funnits lite mer att välja på, t ex nötter, mjukost mm

Gute Basis für einen Lissabon Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage hätte für einen Lisabon Aufenthalt kaum besser sein können. In der Nähe des Szene Viertels Bairro Alto konnten wir fast alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichen und uns schnell in der Stadt zurechtfinden. Die Unterkunft selbst war vom Flughafen kommend bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfreich mit ersten Tipps wie man die Stadt kennenlernen kann.

Memorable and fun.
Pros:

It was kinda old school. The receptionists were unbelievably considerate, kind and very helpful. We found nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. A bit hilly but interesting. Loved the whole experience.

Cons:

I’m a senior, so I didn’t appreciate the stairs but they proved to be good practice. The hand basin was a bit awkward but the staff made up for everything.

Posizione abbastanza centrale.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato la camera prima dell’orario previsto del check in.
Bagno piccolo ma nonostante questo era fornito di bidet.
La struttura è caratteristica e l’ambiente molto accogliente.

Camera un pochino piccola e non fornita di frigo bar.
