Very unsatisfactory and I want a refund on one of my rooms that I didn’t occupy
Pros:

The property was nice but the staff was very rude and we were treated very poorly , we visited from California and they didn’t let us stay there because we had an xtra guest and the room was for 4 people !!

Todo fue excelente, llegué antes a Morelia y pasé a confirmar mi reservación y fueron super amables, m ofrecieron dejar mis maletas y el vehículo en el estacionamiento desde ese momento, nuestra reservación iniciaba a las 3 y desde las 10 q llegamos pudimos dejar maletas y automóvil, y por su ubicación tan céntrica nos queda cerca los lugares q visitamos ese día, así q nos movimos caminando, volvería a reservar en hotel boutique María, gracias a todo el personal, ya q fueron muy amables, mi habitación muy linda y cómoda.

Cons:

El único detalle q fallo un poco fue el internet.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, la habitación limpia y cómoda, lo único que aconsejaría es que pudieran tener el restaurante abierto todo el día o servicio a la habitación de alimentos.

Maravilloso y entretenido.
Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta porque esta a pocas calles de distancia de la Catedral .

Cons:

Durante el desayuno deben estar un poco mas atentos en las necesidades del cliente porque se tardan en revisar si la persona requiere mas cafe.
