Breakfast was OK, good variety but not quality. Convenient location with many restaurants and shops nearby.
Male staff at reception was very rude, unhelpful. Breakfast had good variety but quality was average. Room was basic. A dance club at ground floor was very noisy and opened very late.
The amenities were perfect and very convenient, the beach bar made for even the quiet nights filled with fun and adventure and the meals were high quality
The location is far from main attractions but not completely out of the way
Les équipements. L’accès pour la plage en direct, la piscine, la vue, la chambre, le spectacle du feu, le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. L’hôtel est très beau et bien équipé.
Le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais, surveille, ne dit pas bonjour a l’accueil. Les matelas de transat sont retirés à 17h alors qu’il fait nuit à 18h30. C’est dommage.
Les murs de notre chambre était sales. La dame de l’accueil ne sait pas utiliser les cartes bleues. On a dû lui expliquer qu’il fallait mettre le code pin et s’est arrivé à d’autres clients.
Le spectacle des deux cracheurs de feu est super bien mais il a lieu tous les soirs. C’est redondant. On pensait avoir plus d’animations.
Les prix du bar et du restaurant sont exorbitants
A fantastic and luxurious vacation right on the beach. You absolutely must try the round bed room with panoramic sea views - this is my second time returning, however, this room is fully booked. Watch the stunning sunset from the balcony and enjoy the pool and beach. Last but not least, visit the beach bar at sunset, order a drink and enjoy the fire dance with the DJ in the evening - that will surely leave a wonderful impression on your vacation
Checkout process is rude and disrespectful
The hotel is very beautiful and clean; I highly recommend it. The beach is amazing. Everyone is friendly. The hotel staff and management are especially professional. We had a small problem, but it was resolved immediately. The breakfast was delicious and changed daily, and the fire show at the bar every night was very impressive.
Fast and just reaction of hotel personnel, exquisite breakfast, moved us to central building with city view in order to achieve quiet sleep, interesting fire show, good value for cocktails on bar.
Ground floor accommodation, great noise from bar, lack of septic, tube with sewage go straight into the sea making awful smell on the right side of the shore, pool bar won't work
The room is spacious and cozy, with a large balcony for relaxing. You'll be welcomed with a refreshing drink. The air conditioning works well. The location is excellent, an 8-minute walk from the VinBus station. Some reviews mention the noise from the bar music at night, however, I found everything to be fine and it didn't affect my sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and there are two convenient swimming pools.
This resort has everything you need for the perfect holiday. It's relaxing, fun, has a great atmosphere and truly exceeded our expectations!
Our room overlooked the ocean and was bigger than your standard double room. The staff and management were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us out, the housekeeping staff also did a great job of cleaning and making the bed each morning. The breakfast was fantastic, you could sit inside for A/C but we preferred the balcony to enjoy a spectacular view. The large resort pool leads onto the beach offering a range of loungebeds on the beach, or you can hang out on the silk cushioned arm chairs on the balcony, sit back and listen to the live music at sunset, it was truly magical.
The highlight though was the dinner - wow! The chefs are talented, I've never seen such desserts, they were a masterpiece and to top it off we enjoyed a brilliant free fire show!
This resort exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back. My only negative is that we didn't stay enough nights. We were here for 4 nights, I'll definitely book for more nights next time!

Everything, stay was fantastic
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. The staff were very attentive and kind. They saw on my passport that my birthday was coming up and prepared some decorations for the day, and sent me a birthday cake 🎂❤️ Thank you for making my birthday so special! The location is also a huge plus as you can easily get anywhere quickly.
The combination of the infinity pool and evening entertainment makes this resort stand out. It's a vibrant, happy place to vacation. The staff are very friendly and always smiling, the breakfast is varied, and the location is great. We will be back next year!
Everything from the check-in process to the clean amenities was perfect. The location is ideal for those who want to explore the town, and the beach is stunning with spectacular sunset views. The room has a great view, modern furnishings, and a delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to my family
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They are polite, professional, and always willing to help with booking tours or arranging transportation. We felt truly welcome from the moment we arrive,the welcome drink was impressive, the lobby was beautifully designed, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient.
The buffet breakfast offered a wonderful blend of Western and Asian dishes. Everything was fresh and flavorful, I especially enjoyed the soups. Evenings at the beach bar with music were also a great option. The location is convenient, close to the airport, and the rooms have impressive views.

We spent every evening at the beach bar. Watching the sunset and then waiting for the spectacular fire show at 10 pm became our favorite ritual during my stay, though it's a shame we only stayed one night. It was professional, fun, and created a great social atmosphere. The staff were professional and friendly, and the rooms were beautiful and clean.
Hotel has a nice location (a lot of good restaurants nearby), breakfast is very varied and delicious. Would stay there again. Also beach restaurant has good food.
Loud music in the evening, couldnt sleep.
