No, we enjoyed our day
The pools and the food were outstanding. You can't beat a sunset here with the live band. Room really clean and good smell. The staff weren't as friendly as other hotels but we're helpful and polite.
Great resort with direct touch to the beach. Just walk out of your room and you are on the beach already. Two clean swimming pool, one of them is with the infinitive view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is with many choices for a full day on the beach. You can hire a water motorbike and enjoy the fun on water. The resort locates in a good place that you can access to money exchange, laundry, local food restaurants.

We stayed in the corner window room and it was absolutely amazing! The views were incredible, and the room itself was beautiful and so comfortable. The round bed was incredibly comfortable, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave the room!
Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of options and plenty of vegetarian choices, which was a big plus.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend the corner window room for the views and the beautiful, relaxing atmosphere!

The entire place truly lives up to its name - the sunsets here are unreal. The beach is clean, calm, and perfect for evening walks or just relaxing with a coconut in hand. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and had the perfect tropical vibe. The staff deserves a special mention - extremely warm, helpful, and always ready to guide you with local recommendations. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of fresh fruits and Vietnamese options.Highly recommend! Would love to come back soon.

El bar que tienen junto a la playa, me parece caro para la calidad que tiene. La música estaba muy alta por lo que no lo recomiendo para cenar, está bien para tomar una copa.

fille a changé de chambre pour cette raison , mais l’autre chambre était pareil .
Tout comme nous . Très mauvais pour la santé . Il aurait fallu un déshumidificateur. C’est le seul point négatif.

Sunset Beach Resort & Spa felt like one of those places where you just slow down without trying. I really liked that the beach is literally right in front, so I could just walk out anytime and sit by the water, especially during sunset. The breakfast was another highlight for me, since there were actually good options and not just basic stuff. Overall, it just felt easy, peaceful, and worth it for the price.
We had a wonderful holiday. The staff assigned us a room with a partial sea view, which was still very beautiful. The breakfast was impressive, with many fresh and delicious dishes every day. The staff were very enthusiastic; they asked us how the meal was, and when we pointed out something, they resolved it immediately. I was given a small birthday cake upon check-in, which was very heartwarming. The fire dance performance in the evening was a fantastic highlight.
A fantastic place to stay, convenient location, delicious breakfast, convenient access to the beach and pool. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and there's a special fire dance show every evening. This is a place worth staying at.

The service was excellent – the customer service staff proactively checked in on our experience. Watching the fire dance performance in the evening was fascinating, the airport pick-up was very convenient, it was a perfect holiday.
Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue directe sur la piscine pour nos vacances en famille. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était un vrai régal : chaque matin, un large choix était proposé, y compris des options végétariennes et bien d’autres mets délicieux. Le service était particulièrement remarquable : on nous a demandé notre avis pendant le petit-déjeuner et, lorsque nous avons signalé un petit problème, il a été immédiatement réglé avec une grande efficacité. Le spectacle de feu en soirée était très divertissant et il y a de nombreux restaurants ainsi qu’un spa à proximité. Le seul petit bémol était la faible pression de l’eau, mais sinon, tout était quasiment parfait!
Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. We stayed in the B Wing Connected Room, which was spacious and perfect for our family of four, with a nice garden view and a private bathroom for each room.

When we first entered the room, there was a slight smell of humidity, but the hotel provided a dehumidifier that we kept running for 24 hours, and the smell completely disappeared.
We requested an iron, and it was delivered quickly, although there was no ironing board.
The only downside was the mosquitoes, so I recommend bringing mosquito repellent.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
