Amazing place!!
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. The staff were very attentive and kind. They saw on my passport that my birthday was coming up and prepared some decorations for the day, and sent me a birthday cake 🎂❤️ Thank you for making my birthday so special! The location is also a huge plus as you can easily get anywhere quickly.

A fun and memorable vacation

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They are polite, professional, and always willing to help with booking tours or arranging transportation. We felt truly welcome from the moment we arrive,the welcome drink was impressive, the lobby was beautifully designed, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient.

Exquisite cuisine blended with stunning scenery
Pros:

The buffet breakfast offered a wonderful blend of Western and Asian dishes. Everything was fresh and flavorful, I especially enjoyed the soups. Evenings at the beach bar with music were also a great option. The location is convenient, close to the airport, and the rooms have impressive views.

Sunset cocktail and fire show
Pros:

We spent every evening at the beach bar. Watching the sunset and then waiting for the spectacular fire show at 10 pm became our favorite ritual during my stay, though it's a shame we only stayed one night. It was professional, fun, and created a great social atmosphere. The staff were professional and friendly, and the rooms were beautiful and clean.

Hotel has a nice location (a lot of good restaurants nearby), breakfast is very varied and delicious. Would stay there again. Also beach restaurant has good food.

Great view, nice and clean room, pool & private beach section. At the hotel's restaurant we had the best meal of our 11-day stay in Vietnam for a very reasonable price. Fire show. Kind staff. Everything was great (this comes from a highly critical person :)

Pros:

Breakfast spread is good.

Cons:

Paid for ocean panorama view room. But was given a first floor room that looks into dining area and trees. Very small view of sea that can't be described panoramic. See pictures.
When I complained to reception, they said they were full. No refund offered. Finally, they agreed to allocate another room the following day after 12 pm but we were to tired to change room as we were checking out early the following day.
Hotel lacks integrity.

Pros:

A huge thank you to the staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly. Besides the view from our room, the staff was the highlight of our stay. They were so kind and remembered my birthday without us even mentioning it. There was a garland in the room when I returned. I really appreciated the gesture. Other great things included:
- the view from the room was amazing! Absolutely recommended (Sunset Premium Room with Panorama view)
- a varied breakfast with daily changing options
- free airport transfer
- opportunity to check in earlier
- the location

Cons:

The price-performance ratio is not right.
- Towels were mandatory for the gym, but none were available. When we asked, we were told they would be replenished immediately. Unfortunately, no one came. Downstairs at reception, we were told to use our room towels, but we needed them for showering afterward.
- The room is quite dated. The bed was already broken in several places.
- The room was only superficially clean. The view was fantastic, but the windows were covered in streaks and fingerprints.
- Loud music was played daily until around 10:30-11:00 PM. It could be heard up to the 6th floor.
- The hotel claimed to be environmentally conscious and only change towels as needed (that's a great concept!), but after cleaning, all the lights in the room were left on, including the air conditioning. Everything ran all day until our return. When we asked them to turn everything off, I was told they would remember. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it.

All in all, the price-performance ratio for the highest room categories was not acceptable, which is why we do not recommend the hotel.
