Perfect cleaning service and warm hospitality
Pros:

The little things matter. The cleaning staff were very thorough and friendly, keeping our room spotless every day. With the enthusiastic support of the reception, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Breakfast was also a plus, offering a delicious and varied selection each day.

Spacious living space with stunning views

Our room was considerably larger than the standard double rooms we'd stayed in before. Waking up to panoramic ocean views was a dream. Magical sunset and fire show
Pros:

If you're staying here, don't miss dinner. Not only are the dishes delicious and beautifully presented, but the free fire show on the beach adds a spectacular highlight that we haven't seen anywhere else. It truly transforms a wonderful meal into a magical memory.

Wonderful resort
Pros:

Perfect resort for resting a few days in Phu Quoc. We spent a great stay there in a wonderful room for which we were upgraded. It has its own beach but is very close to the main street where there are a mot of restaurants and bars. At night, the bar/restaurant of the resort is rather crowded thanks to the DJ's and shows. Room are very quiet and we slept very well. The breakfast was also fantastic. The staff was always very helpful and there is an included shuttle for the airport.

Cons:

Nothing at all with the hotel but the bar on the beach is rather expensive during night even for guests and the staff of this bar seemed bored with customers.

A seamless Phu Quoc getaway

From the moment we arrived, the helpful staff ensured everything was perfect. The resort’s location is ideal for travelers. Our room was pristine and offered a sublime sunset view over the ocean. Tropical luxury at its best

This resort truly has it all. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and waking up to a panoramic sunset view was a dream come true. Our stay at Sunset Beach Resort & Spa was nothing short of perfection. The room were spotlessly clean, and the ocean view provided the most breathtaking sunsets we’ve ever seen. Loved the Stay here
Pros:

Rooms and Location were Great. Staff Also tried to help us when needed. The Life Guard was preety useless and Grumpy.. Didnt provide any fresh towels, We had to take the Used ones.

Cons:

Mosquitos and Bed bugs in the room but they kindly switched the room immedialty

Family friendly relaxing resort
Pros:

Spectacular views, lovely spacious rooms, 2 infinity pools. A beach bar that comes to life at night. Unfortunately the pool bar was not open & the beach water not clear as we expected.

Grand potentiel mais bâclé au nom de l’apparence
Pros:

C’est une très belle structure dans un très bel emplacement avec un personnel top. La piscine est très belle et ceux qui y font attention sont très à l’écoute toujours prêt à aider.
Il y a de gentilles attentions pour ceux qui ont quelque chose à fêter comme un anniversaire de mariage
La petite terrasse sur le toit est très agréable. L’apparence est enchanteresse.

Cons:

Tout est apparence, de la décoration florale en plastique à ce qu’on propose. Il y a plusieurs sortes de café mais ils ont tous le même goût et la même contenance. Pareil pour le pain. La charcuterie comme le jambon est très industriel et pas goûteux. Il n’y a pas de jus d’orange et le jus qu’ils ont est tellement sucré qu’on le croirait industriel aussi.
Il n’y a probablement pas de vrai cuisinier dans le restaurant beaucoup de plats sont de l’assemblage.
Le mobilier de la chambre est de bas de gamme et le plancher gondole, si on avait mis un peu plus de moyen cela serait pérenne.
Beaucoup de perte de place, dans la salle de bain sous le lavabo il y aura un bel espace pour faire une commode et y déposer les affaires mais comme c’est condamné il faut mettre les trousses ailleurs ou à côté du lavabo alors elles prennent l’eau.
La douche est assez glissante et les produits n’ont pas un bon parfum.
La douchette des toilettes est située à gauche donc pour qui l’utilise doit se laver avec la main droite
il n’y a que deux petites bouteilles d’eau en hommage chaque jour et surtout le ressort on ne trouve pas de bouteille de demi-litre ce qui fait qu’il faut acheter plein de petites bouteilles toutes en plastique ce n’est pas écologique.
Nous n’avons pas pu faire le Checkout avant le petit déjeuner car après il faut déposer la clé et on ne peut pas remonter dans la chambre. Je n’ai jamais vu cela dans tous les hôtels de toutes catégories confondues que j’ai visités un peu partout dans le monde.
Pour la même catégorie les prix de tout ce qu’on consomme sont supérieurs à ailleurs
Avec un bon management on pourrait en faire un vrai joyau pour le bonheur de qui il travaille et de qui y séjourne

High rating on Booking.com was misleading, would not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK, good variety but not quality. Convenient location with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

Male staff at reception was very rude, unhelpful. Breakfast had good variety but quality was average. Room was basic. A dance club at ground floor was very noisy and opened very late.

Spent our honeymoon at Sunset beach resort and definitely enjoyed every minute 💛 the room was clean, spacious with awesoom ocean view. Staffs all nice and polite. Highly recommend for Phu Quoc lovers 🥰
