Cons:

Yaklaşık 20 gün kaldım. Hayatımda ilk defa gördüm çarşaflar 3 günde bir değişiyor. Her gün değişmiyor. Kirli olmasına rağmen talep ettim değiştirmediler. Üstelik suit odada kaldım. Odaya koydukları mini barı yemediğim içmediğim halde yediğimi söyleyerek benden yemediğim yiyeceklerin içeceklerin ücretini aldılar. Temiz bir otel değil. Sadece çalışanlar güler yüzlü . Burada kalırsanız dikkatli olun

Rent og pent..og en liten perle med fine fasiliteter og en fantastisk fin uteplass på taket med basseng.
De har en sjåfør som heter Jovan Aditya, han hentet oss på flyplassen og han guidet oss og kjørte oss rundt de dagene vi var der. En helt fantastisk fin person og utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom.. anbefaler han på det varmeste.. En stor takk til mr Jovan fra far og sønn 🫶🏻. Også en stor takk til de andre som jobber der 🤩

Personale estremamente invadente. Sono arrivata con un quadro incartato e il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ha chiesto più volte quanto lo avessi pagato. Io, facendo finta di non sentire, non gli ho risposto. Arrivati in ascensore, lo stesso ragazzo ha cercato di venderci delle escursioni e continuava a insistere, nonostante rispondessimo che avevamo appena fatto un viaggio e che ci saremmo informati in un secondo momento.

L’apice è stato quando ci ha portato i bagagli in camera: è entrato insieme al quadro, si è fermato nel salottino della suite e ha chiesto ancora una volta il prezzo. Non ottenendo risposta, ha iniziato a ipotizzare. A quel punto sono uscita, ho preso i bagagli restanti da sola e gli ho detto che, per motivi di privacy, non volevo e non ero tenuta a rispondere. In modo cordiale, ho dovuto aprirgli la porta per mostrargli l’uscita della stanza, dato che non sembrava intenzionato a lasciarla senza soddisfare la sua curiosità.

Infine, abbiamo prenotato un massaggio: sono arrivate delle ragazze che massaggiavano con una mano e con l’altra stavano al telefono. Mai vista una cosa del genere. Quando lo abbiamo segnalato alla reception, ci hanno chiesto scusa e basta.

La cucina da evitare, servizio estremamente lento e la qualità del cibo é pessima.

Colazione con scelta limitatissima.

Abzocke durch zusätzliche hohe Kosten!

Schöne Aussicht vom rooftop pool

Cons:

Für eine runtergefallen Tasse wurden mir 7,5€ berechnet! Viel zu viel. Das hat wenig mit Kulanz zu tun.
Für ein Kopfkissen Bezug das dreckig wurde musste ich 15€ bezahlen.
In beiden Fällen komme ich gerne für den entstandenen Schaden auf - die Kosten für die beiden Schäden sind jedoch viel zu hoch - Abzocke!

Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Für eine runtergefallen Tasse wurde eine Entschädigung von 150k IDR (7,5€) fällig.
Für ein Kopfkissen Bezug (das durch Tattoo - Farbe verfärbt wurde) wurden mir 300k IDR (15€) in Rechnung gestellt. Für entstandene Schäden komme ich gerne auf, jedoch sind diese Preise einfach nur übertrieben und Wucher!
Das klingt nach Abzocke!

Pros:

Останавливаемся в этом отеле не первый раз. Всё очень нравится. В этот раз жили 10 дней. Никаких неудобств не испытывали, завтраки отличные! Большое спасибо отелю!

Pros:

Cons:

There were noises through the window at the superior double room. I brought earplugs to help reduce the noise level.

Pleasant stay but on checkout accused me of stealing an item from the room!!!!!
Pros:

The stay was here was pleasant. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are a decent size. No mould. There was an android box so you could watch Netflix etc. The curtains were blackout but in the morning there was a lot of light around the edges but they did block the majority of the light out. The roof top pool was really nice and the staff that worked at the roof top pool were very polite and nice and were playing with my son. The bathroom is big but pretty old. Breakfast was okay, a mix of western and Indonesian, not amazing but ok for 90k. The staff at breakfast were nice. My four year old son was free for breaky. The area is quiet bit of canggu but not a lot around but you can order gojek or eat at the restaurant. The food was nice from there. The safe jammed and my items got stuck in there, the staff had to come and unlock the safe so I could get my valuables out.

Cons:

The pillows were too big for sleeping and uncomfortable but the bed itself was comfortable. Unfortunately the sheets had a lot of marks and stains on them as did the towels. There were lots of tiny ants on the bed, I would get all of them off and then they would come back an hour later. It did make the sleep quite uncomfortable. The shower had no hot water, I would say barely warm so had to have very quick showers. The aircon was very old, very rattly and noisy at night and kept my son and I both up several times during the night. The breakfast is ok but not amazing. The stay overall was pleasant HOWEVER just as I was checking out and paying for my minibar items the staff member (pregnant lady at reception) accused me of stealing a mug from the room and asked me where did I take it!? A security man came over to me like he was going to start looking through my bags!!!! I found this INCREDIBLY rude and for this reason I would never stay there again. I DO NOT need to steal a mug from a $40 a night hotel. The mug was behind the tv where the kettle station was, and even when she found that out it was in the room, she did not say sorry or even let me know they found it! In 8 years I have NEVER been accused of stealing!!! I was really hurt, disgusted and would now never recommend family or friends stay here because of this. There is a much nicer way to ask that isn't accusing someone of taking/stealing something from the room!
