Pros:

A good budget hotel in a local Bangkok neighborhood. A kilometer or so from the trains with an easy Grab bike ride or taxi. A great mall also a kilometer away. Bangkapi Mall Clean. Good breakfast and was quiet the night I was there. But no guarantees with the walls. I got it for 20 on offseason rates. A 7-11 20 steps away

I feel save wile my staying. Even though its a clean hotel walls where dirty specifically in the room. Also, do to the fact that the breakfast is no complimentary they should, at least have a different protein every day. Same menu every day.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The property has a really bad cockroach infestation. Starting at about 7pm you will find so many cockroaches on the walls, floors, toilet seat. It was just disgusting. Also, spider webs on bathroom ceilings. However; the staff was nice. But the place just has a really bad cockroach problem. We had to sleep with our bags on the bed to prevent the bugs from entering our bags.

I would not stay here again.
