موقع الفندق. رحابة الاستقبال. الجناح ذو اطلتله جميله. نظافه معقوله. وجود شطاف في دورة المياه.
لايرتقي الى مستوى فندق خمس نجوم نهائي. وربما هناك خطأ في ادراجه ضمن فنادق مستوى عالي.
الفطور لمستوى 2-3 نجوم.
الغرف بتصميمها غريب.. التأثيث متوسط. الكشاف الجانبي لايعمل. ورق المناديل سيء وخشن جدا. المياه المتوفرة ضيافة للشرب والقهوة عباره عن جك تم تعبئته بماء وعليه غطاء ورق. لايوجد قوارير مياه صحة. 🤔
الجميل في غرفتنا فقط هو الاطلاله الجانبيه للجناح.
لايوجد غرفة كبيرة باطلاله لشخصين بسريرين توأم للاسف.

Czyste ładne pokoje. Byliśmy tam trzy lata temu od tego czasu jedzenie się pogorszyło. Słabszy wybór. Położenie bardzo dobre. Jest parking. Krótki spacer do morza, sklepów, lokali.
Urozmaicić jedzenie, więcej Gruzji, mniej Europy.
An Exceptional Experience at New Wave Hotel Batumi!
We booked a room at New Wave Hotel Batumi for our dear friends, a newlywed couple, and I can genuinely say that the level of service exceeded our expectations.
I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mariam and Omar, whose outstanding professionalism, genuine kindness, and exceptional hospitality made this experience truly special.
From the very first moment of making the reservation, their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond were remarkable. They carefully considered every request, remained attentive throughout the entire process, and did everything possible to ensure that this special occasion would become an unforgettable memory for the newlyweds.
What impressed me the most was their genuine dedication. They didn't simply provide excellent customer service; they truly cared about creating a wonderful experience. From the initial reservation until the couple's departure, everything was thoughtfully arranged and beautifully handled.
Mariam and Omar, thank you so much for your warmth, dedication, and exceptional service! You are a perfect example of what true hospitality should look like.

Everything was perfect
Good location, good choice, good breakfast
The hotel is genuinely great. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfasts are delicious. A special thank you to the housekeeping team — they did an outstanding job and kept everything spotless throughout our stay.
The location is excellent as well. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a shopping mall, and the sea is just a short walk away.
Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was quite disappointing. We were moved to another room very late in the evening because of a mistake at reception — they had accidentally checked us and another guest into the same room.
The following day, my husband was woken up by hotel staff who came to congratulate him on his birthday. The only problem was that it wasn’t actually his birthday that day.
Throughout our stay, we felt an unnecessarily cold and somewhat arrogant attitude from the staff, as if they were upset with us for something. This was especially disappointing considering that the problems were caused by mistakes on the hotel’s side.
Another inconvenience was the air conditioning. The temperature cannot be adjusted independently in the room. We had to call reception whenever we wanted the air conditioning turned off, and it was impossible to set a comfortable temperature. When the air conditioning was on, it was too cold; when it was off, the room became stuffy.
After all of this, and after we left a negative review on Google Maps, we were offered a better room. We really appreciate the gesture and would like to say thank you for that.

La piscine est un peu petite et a l’ombre la majeure partie de la journée a cause des grattes ciels qui entourent l’hotel.
Certaines odeurs de cuisson de temps en temps dans la salle de bain.
La température de l’eau change brusquement de chaud a froid pendant qu’on se douche.
