Soggiorno fuori Colonia per Fiera
Pros:

Ottimo ristorante collegato all’hotel, ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Colonia con i mezzi pubblici facilmente.
Struttura molto semplice e tranquilla.

Pros:

Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Der hatte ein offenes Ohr als es um unsere Beschwerde ging. Siehe unten.

Cons:

Wir haben berücksichtigt, dass die Zimmer bzw. Bäder in einer Renovierungsfase sich befanden. Leider war unser Bad noch nicht renoviert. Die Schienen von der Duschtür waren alt und sahen unappetitlich aus.

Das Hotel bekommt ein solides gut.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Frühstückspersonal. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer war (obwohl zentral gelegen) ruhig und mit Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Der Aufzug ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einen neuen Teppich vertragen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht gerade charmant und hat uns sehr kurz abgefertigt.
