A solid hotel with comfortable beds
Pros:

The staff were very warm and welcoming. The beds are great. There are little touches, like free coffee in the entrance, although none in the room. The breakfast was typical buffet style, and was sufficient, but didn't blow me away. It takes some time to get into the city, but the tram stop is very close and we didn't have to wait long to board. It also seems to run all night.

Cons:

The bathroom could use an update, with the shower door not closing properly, causing a bit of a flood. There were no major issues, but the hotel is lacking a bit of character.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and within easy walking distance of key areas. The price was reasonable, the room was clean, and the heating worked well.

Cons:

No coffee maker or kettle for tea in the room.
No bathrobes or disposable slippers were provided.
No minibar available in the room.
The rooms are poorly sound-insulated, and it is easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.
The room is quite small for a 4-star classification.
The bedside tablet used to control the lights and air conditioning was not working. The lights could still be operated locally.

Merkezi Konum, Ulaşım Kolaylığı, Süper Wifi, Güleryüzlü Personel, İş Seyahati için İdeal otel.
Pros:

Otelin öncelikle konumu çok iyiydi. Tüm otobüs durakları ve tren istasyonlarına yakınlığı, market ve restoranlara olan mesafesi oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Resepsiyondan başlayarak oteldeki tüm personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her türlü konuda destek oldular. Kahvaltı Almanya dışından gelen misafirler için biraz daha geliştirilebilir ancak yine de yeterliydi. Odalar temiz, büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Bir sonraki Köln seyahatimde tekrar Frechener Hof'da kalacağımdan şüphe yoktur. Son olarak ücretsiz ve kaliteli kahve benim için +1 puandır.

Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem und schön groß. Auch der TV. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und das Hotel einen tollen Flair.
Das Bett und die restlichen Möbel waren modern.

Cons:

Das Bad und die Gardarobenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ich habe mich trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt.
