The hotel has plenty of parking near reception it was easy to check in, and the EV charging options were welcome. Great location near the park and an easy walk to all parts of the city centre. The room was spacious with enough storage for luggage, and the breakfast well priced and tasty. We have booked another stay.
Only small ones - bring back the minibar! For the price and quality of room we wanted to open the fridge and see a drink or snack after a long drive, and it wasn't until we turned on the TV that we saw there were some options from reception. Also, only one bottle of water to share in the fridge, why? The only other negative is the lighting choices in the bathroom, a lovely ambience but not what you need for hair and makeup. The small mirror was great, but not mounted on the wall. These things did not detract from our overall stay - just made it less perfect

We paid for breakfast with our booking for two rooms however only offered breakfast for one person. We left the next morning without breakfast and not offered refund.
I love this property. It will be a main stay when I come down to the Launceston area each year to do my hikes both before and after…

Gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff who were incredibly warm and accommodating. The restaurant was also really great, I wasn't expecting much but it was awesome to be able to enjoy good food and wine after a long flight without having to leave the hotel (followed by an intrepid few days out in the wilderness).
