Great hotel and wonderful staff
Pros:

Staff were warm and welcoming, bed was very comfy and breakfast was great.

Cons:

Lack of on-site parking but managed to find a spot on the street easily enough so it wasn't a huge deal.

Completely enjoyed every aspect of our stay, especially how well we slept in the comfiest of beds!
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay. The location was central, the staff were lovely, the food was delicious and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. We’ll be back for sure.

Lovely hotel will be back.
Pros:

Very nice hotel and we had a good size room great location. We found parking at the back was ok for our stay, perhaps in peak season it’s different but no issues for us.

Pros:

This was a phenomenal stay in Launceston. Couldn't fault anything really, right from the communication prior to arrival, the on-site parking, the temperature, cleanliness and comfort were all spot on.

Cons:

The shower tap was a tiny bit far away from the shower BUT this really only affects the first person of the day!
