Great modern hotel in super location
Pros:

The Verge is a near new hotel located perfectly for Launceston CBD. The room was spacious with lovely fittings in a contemporary sleek style. Our view was over the Royal Albert Hall with the City Gardens behind the hall. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant.

My favourite place to stay in Launceston.
Pros:

I love the classy but casual style of this hotel, the spacious rooms and tranquil vibe. Bed was very comfortable, rainfall shower amazing. Free parking right in the CBD is very convenient too.

Cons:

There’s really only one thing that I could criticise and that was the noise of the air recycling system overnight … it sounded like the extractor fan was on in the bathroom the whole time. I’ll have to bring earplugs next time!

A well designed smaller scale hotel with staff that really care about the guest experience.

Great facilities and staff. Flexible and caring approach. Modern and well designed. Smaller scale hotel meant a quieter stay.

Restaurant didn’t quite hit the mark with its menu choices and ambience.
