Not enough car parks
The bed’s the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in.
Restaurant only had half of Main Dinner Menu available.

The location of the property was perfect for a long weekend in Launceston. We could walk to the shops/restaurants and the football ground within minutes. A farmers market appeared in the adjoining car park on the weekend. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a great night sleep.
The only downside of the property was the lack of toiletries in the bathroom- so a quick trip to the chemist for minor incidentals- very minor downside to the stay

The staff are amazing and so professional. The vibe is a clean, Scandi aesthetic that is perfectly located and has the harvest markets directly behind the hotel every Saturday. We’ve stayed at least 8 times and will be going back next month. Never disappointed.
The housekeeping staff on the fourth floor tend to never replenish the tea each day. Small issue but a consistent one across most visits.
Breakfast was great! Service great! Special mention to the lovely lady who was everything to me, reception, assistant, concierge, guide and went over and above expectations. Carried my bags, showed me to my room and asked the taxi driver to assist me at the other end and looked out for me as I navigated a tough patch. As I am an elderly woman going through a challenging physical and emotional challenge I couldn’t have done it without her. She was an angel in disguise. Forgive me for forgetting her name but she was on the night I arrived and when I left the next day. Kind lovely eyes.
Nothing could have been better. I couldn’t fault a thing. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. Quiet room and excellent choice of entertainment.
