Pros:

My second time back at kalyana and was every bit as incredible as the first, the staff can't do enough to help, the service is exemplary, the food is incredible and the location is stunning

Treated myself to a balinese massage at the end of the trip and it's one of the best on the island highly reccommend 😊

Cons:

This may sound cliche but I couldn't fault a single thing, if they haven't got it available they will do everything they can to get it for you 😊

Pros:

Nice pool although I didn't use it. Size of room was good for the price. Next to Titi Batu which has a great gym, pool, sauna and food!

Cons:

The room was reasonably clean on the surface but on top of the cabinets it was very dusty. I also moved the kettle/ tray to use the desk and found a slimy smelly liquid under it so the room wasn't cleaned well!! Under the bed was dirty as well.
Hotel is a bit dated but value for money.

Overall good for few nights
Pros:

the room is big and the breakfast area was nice

Cons:

there were few lézards in the room there were able to enter even if the door was closed and we asked hotel to put bed mosquito net but they told us they can’t…
There was a lot of animal noise constantly throughout the day and especially at night you can hear insects which can be quite loud when try to sleep

Super ubytování v Ubudu
Pros:

Perfektní místo pro starty na veškeré výlety.
Pokoje byly perfektně uklizené. Pokoje hodně prostorné. Čisto v celém areálu.
Velký výběr snídaní. Snídaně i večeře zde, byly výborné.
Všichni moc milý a usměvavý.

Прекрасный отель с хорошим бассейном, рестораном, массажем. Однозначно рекомендую.
Pros:

Вежливый персонал, очень доброжелательный, ежедневная уборка со сменой постельных принадлежностей и полотенец, возможность сделать массаж на территории отеля. Хороший ресторан с вкусной едой. На ужин можно было ходить в ресторан на территории отеля. Отель расположен вдалеке от центра, очень тихо и умиротворенно.

Cons:

Отсутствие салфеток в ресторане. Это создавало определенные неудобства.

Cons:

Açık açık söylemek gerekirse, ilk gün yatağımız kirliydi. İkinci gün oda temizliğine geldiklerinde çarşafı değiştirmemişler, sadece yatağı toplamışlardı, en son uyardığımda değiştirdiler. Merkeze ücretsiz shuttle yok, diğer iki otelimizde vardı. Otele girdiğimiz andan çıktığımız ana kadar personeller çok kabalardı ve hiç güler yüzlü değillerdi. Çok fazla sinek ve böcek vardı. Havuzu koyu renkli yaptıkları için dibi görünmüyordu ve güven hissi vermiyordu, ek olarak havuzun etrafı yosunluydu. Sabah erken saatte ve gece geç saatte personel diğer odalara servis getirdiğinde çok sesli bir şekilde bağırdığı için en az 2-3 kere uyandık. Bence kesinlikle zil yapmalılar, inanılmaz rahatsız ediciydi. Otelde vakit geçirmemek için elimizden geleni yaptık. Hızlı internet kesinlikle yalandı, 10 mbps alıyorsak kendimizi şanslı hissediyorduk. Bir de WiFi verdikleri yer uzaktaydı, modem uzakta olduğu için internet çoğu zaman çekmiyordu. Sabah kahvaltı açık büfeydi, bazı yiyecekler kapalı şekilde olmamasından dolayı sinek doluydu üzeri, hatta kekimizin içinden sinek çıktı. Hiç de özür dilemediler sadece keki alıp gittiler.

Pros:

C’est très sympa ! L’emplacement est cool (mieux vaut prendre des GRAB sur Ubud dans tous les cas ou être à l’aise en scooter), l’établissement très propre, les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Le personnel est adorable.
Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner, chambre nettoyée chaque jour et service de blanchisserie disponible. Tout est très bien organisé. Merci !

Below average, will come to Ubud again but not stay at the Kalyana, it was very disappointing.

The facilities are poor. The doors do not close and the air conditioning did not work properly. The expectation they set is not accurate, it is far from luxurious and the food options at the hotel are not good. They ran out of pizza on the first evening at 7pm.
