Overall a preasant stay
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The staff was not very communicative. We hade to take a very early morning flight. They agreed to book a taxi, but they did not. They said someone would be at the reception 24 hours. But that was also no true.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja.
W pobliżu uliczka ze street foodem, promenada, pasaż handlowy.
HIT urządzenie do odświeżania odzieży.
Bardzo czysto.

Cons:

Widok na morze prezentowany na bookingu jest w rzeczywistości inny, balkon ma mleczne szyby i widoku brak, trzeba wyjść na balkon żeby zobaczyć morze w prześwicie między dwoma hotelami. To było bardzo rozczarowujące.

Pros:

The location is great. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. I was surprised that the room had an ocean view when I booked it , it was listed as a city view. The parking was exceptional and the staff managing it was kind.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect at the beach. Love that 😍

Cons:

The employee was unfriendly and didn't provide any further information during check-in. During check-out, she said only "ok, you can go" 😆

CP值高，整體而言推薦👍
Pros:

海景房可以看到海以及旁邊的高樓大廈。
位置雖然不在主街上但走到主街也不遠，反而有種鬧中取靜的感覺。
電子衣櫥太方便了，下雨過後可以幫忙烘乾潮濕的外套。

捷運站走去要一段路，但覺得舒適度和cp值都蠻不錯的！
Pros:

住17樓有海景，電梯有三部很快，房間乾淨、有電子衣櫥，床很舒適，有沐浴用品及毛巾，一樓自動販賣機販賣其他備品。房間隔音好，但偶爾得到樓上腳步聲。入住時有兩三個櫃檯人員，有男櫃檯英文比較好。

Cons:

入住遇到門鎖有問題打不開（有一串開鎖噪音）問櫃檯的結果是門比較重可能自動上鎖時沒關好，用力往內推然後拉讓他復位就可以用房卡開門了。
行李寄放在三樓（依照大小收費），但我們沒用到也沒去看，一樓也很多人放在櫃檯前，不確定是否是免費寄放？

주변에 내가 좋아하는 음식점이 모여있었다
반려견과 함께 이용힐수 있어서 좋았다
일부 해운대 해수욕장 조망되는 객실이 좋았다
부산 해운대를 매우 좋아해 정말 많이 왔으며
1년에 1-2번씩 다녀갑니다

The room was very spacious—we were able to open all our luggages at the same time and still had enough space to walk around comfortably. There was even a bathtub on the balcony, though we weren’t able to use it since it was winter. The hotel is also within walking distance to Haeundae Night Market, and there are several convenience stores on the ground floor. They also provide a styler, which was a nice and unique feature.

Cons:

They don’t provide slippers, so you have to purchase them if you want one. They also don’t provide luggage tags for storing your suitcase, which made it feel a bit less secure.
