The beds are comfortable, so I slept well. Parking is easy, which made arrivals and departures simple. The location is good, with plenty of places nearby—everything I needed was close by. Overall, it feels like great value for money.

The staff speaks limited English, which makes communication difficult. The bedding has stains, which affects cleanliness and comfort. Also, the chamber maids were rude. Finally, the room view was disappointing—there was no sea view

Our second stay…and we still love it!
Pros:

We had another very pleasant stay and felt comfortable here once again. This was already our second time staying at this hotel! We absolutely love Haeundae and the location is perfect for us. We would happily come back again.
