Pros:

Accueil épouvantable d'une dame que j'ai appelé au téléphone pour qu'elle puisse faire le check in. Aussi aimable qu'une porte de prison. Elle m'a réclamé un document sur papier et jusqu'à aujourd'hui, je ne sais toujours pas lequel. Elle a pris des renseignements inutiles, étonnée même qu'elle ne réclame pas mon groupe sanguin( humour). Le check-in le plus compliqué de toute ma vie. Bref! Pour quelques euros de plus, j'aurais eu 10 fois meilleur accueil et meilleurs prestations.
