Pros:

Big, comfortable bed. Room needs some renovation but overall quite comfortable - we had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and breakfast every morning was pleasant. Nice neighboorhood, close to the Blue Mosque. Quite good value for money.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we stayed on the ground floor and there were numerous problems. Sound isolation is very poor so we could hear every person entering and exiting the building; you can imagine how unpleasant it is when a bunch of children run up and down the stairs at midnight. Second, the pipes of the building ran directly behind the wall next to the bed, we could hear each time the water in the pipes when someone upstairs showers/uses the sink, which made it quite difficult to fall asleep sometimes.

Die ausstattung war leider sehr schlecht. Sie möbel die zimmer sehr alt und abgenutzt. Teils verschimmelt. WC und Bad abgenutzt und riechen stark nach „Alt“.

Pros:

Location was brilliant

Cons:

Limited facilities, the mattress needs changing, decor needs changing, and updating the bathroom. My son stated that it looks like the boys' changing room in school

The host let us enter the room much earlier than expected which was very much appreciated since it was raining heavily.
The host made us a delicious breakfast every morning.

Pros:

Estuvo todo muy lindo. La atención del personal excelente, muy atento y amable, el desayuno muy rico y abundante. Las comodidades de la habitación son tal cual se ven en las imágenes y hasta mas lindas. Estábamos en el último piso y si bien subir las escaleras no es para gente mayor o con poco estado físico, tenía una vista hermosa.
La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. El barrio es muy tranquilo y lindo.

Alle 6 del mattino si viene svegliati dalla preghiera proveniente dalla vicina Moschea. Scale per raggiungere l’appartamento un po’ scomode. La zona è piena di alloggi simili e il quartiere è pieno di ristoranti. Scomodo per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici. La stazione metro di interscambio è a 10 min di cammino e quella T1 a 15 minuti. Il costo dei taxi non è economico e spesso fanno giri lunghi per raggiungere destinazioni vicine addebitando un costo superiore anche rispetto a quello preventivato dalle app

Pros:

Me gustó todo; debo decir que desde el momento que llegamos todo fue perfecto. Nos hospedamos 12 días. Pudimos hacer check in antes del horario. Muy agradecidas porque volamos de madrugada, tuvimos servicio de lavandería con un costo adicional y la ropa quedó muy bien. Todos los días tuvimos desayuno el cual era contundente y siempre todo fresco. La habitación era tal cual las imágenes y siempre que llegamos estuvo encendida la calefacción. Nunca pasamos frío. Utilizamos la cocina y todo bien. Está ubicado en un muy buen lugar, muy cerca de la plaza de sultán Ahmed. También tiene restaurantes y tiendas de mercado muy cerca. Es un lugar tranquilo, muy silencioso durante las noches y la cama era cómoda. La limpieza del lugar también es muy buena. Debo decir que ha sido uno de los mejores lugares que me he hospedado en Estambul. Lo recomiendo mucho, gracias al señor Erkan por su atención de calidad y también a su equipo.
