One of the nights I was charge over $400 per night. Good lord. This is a very redneck part of florida. Not a $400 per night location! What the heck.

Staff was great, room was great. Everything was working and functional.

From checking to breakfast, you could tell the employees take pride in their work and doing a good job! Marcella and Makayla make a great breakfast and serve with a bright, cheerful attitude!

Makayla and Marcella were so pleasant and helpful during breakfast service. I wanted some blueberries to go with my walnuts and they only had mixed berries and strawberries out. I was going to settle for that and Makayla went to the kitchen and got me a bowl of only blueberries! Going above and beyond. And with my two bowls and 2 cups of coffee, Marcella offered me a tray as she could see I would have a heck of a time balancing the items as I went back to my room. It’s the simple things that mae the difference. Thanks ladies♥️

Our stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Venice was excellent from start to finish. Despite a late arrival, very short night of sleep, and early departure, everything about this stay exceeded expectations.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A huge shout-out to Marcella, Eric, and Makayla who had just started —they truly made the experience memorable.
The breakfast was outstanding and honestly one of the best we’ve had at a Marriott property. Fresh-cut strawberries and blueberries (something I’ve never seen before at hotel breakfast!) paired perfectly with Okios protein yogurt. The waffle station offered two options, including a red velvet waffle batter or plain with added chocolate chips, which was such a fun surprise for my son. The egg option was an omelet with veggies or scrambled with chives and cheese- not the usual bland offering- and it genuinely felt like they were ready to get your day going.
As frequent Marriott Bonvoy travellers, one of our biggest frustrations is usually the coffee being too weak- but not here! The bold coffee was rich, flavorful, and actually tasted like real coffee (finally! 😊).
We also really appreciated the bottled water provided both on arrival and departure- a small touch that made a big difference.
Service was top-notch from start to finish, and even in the short time we were there, this hotel stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone passing through Venice.

They were attentive, friendly, and always made sure everything was just right, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Venice, Florida! Our soccer team had early mornings, and Marcella and Peggs in the kitchen went above and beyond by opening breakfast early for us — they were absolutely wonderful. The hotel was incredibly gracious and accommodating, and the front desk staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Truly appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommend!

The room was comfortable and clean. We loved the free cookies and breakfast! Very convenient location. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, especially Bitsy.

We were a group of nine and stayed here for two nights during Thanksgiving week. The rooms and amenities were very new and clean. All of the staff were so friendly. We have three young children who are always on the move, and the team accommodated us wonderfully and made the kids so happy. Marcella even gave them a few surprise treats to help keep them entertained. We definitely recommend this hotel for families and larger groups.

Hotel was really impeccable and staff was very professional and courteous. Shot out to Marcella and Peggy in the dinning room, they gave 5 star service. They were great and very welcoming

We have stayed at this location several times as a family and the experience is always positive. The suites work perfectly for our needs. This weekend the breakfast ladies Marcella and Peggy were so kind to us this weekend.

The hotel is clean & the breakfast is great! Marcella & Gary are so friendly and do a wonderful job preparing a delicious breakfast.

Such a great hotel! Very clean, great staff, fantastic breakfast, especially with Marcella and Peggy, who managed the breakfast area, and the rooms are very large, including a kitchen area.

When you have breakfast, make sure to have the scones they are excellent! Reasonable price and convenient to I-75 on our next visit to Venice we will definitely be staying here.

They opened breakfast early for us because we had kids soccer early. Very nice staff. Accommodating with a late check out as well.
