Pros:

長期の仕事でしたが途中でコロナのため中止になる可能性もあり、チェックイン時に3~4日毎に払うよう提案してもらいそうしましたが、次の黒髪の女性に「前払いなのだから全額さっさと払え」と。チェックイン時の話を伝えても「私には関係ないから払え」。払わないなんて一言も言っていないし、そこは申し送りができてなくてすみませんでは・・・と思いながら払うと、「最後まで泊まるつもりか」と。仕事が中止にならなければと答えると、それは私が決めることではない、と。当然だ！何故聞いたのでしょうか。明確な悪意で相手を不愉快にする人は接客業に就いてはいけません。職業の自由にも例外はあります。他のスタッフも相手の事を考える姿勢はゼロです。朝食は混んでいても空いていても待たされ、特にチェックアウトの日はものすごく焦りました。値段に見合うとも思えず、付けなければ良かったです。
部屋が古くて煙草臭いのは分かっていましたが、前の人の食べ残しや髪の毛が床に落ちている、窓枠はカビだらけ。淡路島自体にももう2度と行かないと決意しました。

Pros:

12,100円でこの状態はあり得ません。部屋内に虫がいて一晩中うるさかった。お風呂は入る前からゴミがあり、清掃が不明。強風で建物の設備がはずれていて一晩中うるさかった。30日で年末料金をぼったくる意味が分からない
