Pros:

Ottima colazione e servizi in generale.
Personale sinceramente disponibile e cordiale

Cons:

Forse a causa delle prenotazioni complete in bassa stagione, il sabato pomeriggio la SPA risultava parecchio affollata e non aveva lo stesso livello di cura del venerdì e della domenica.

Pace, bellezza e felicità.
Pros:

La camera è fantastica. Sembra di essere a casa. La calda atmosfera scalda il cuore. C'è grande intimità, ma al contempo il panorama che si vede fuori dalla finestra è incantevole.

Cons:

È molto difficile trovare dei difetti. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Avrei forse preferito una colazione a buffet, in modo da scegliere secondo desideri e fare il bis. Ad ogni modo eccezionale!

Personale gentilissimo e location magica oltre al ristorante di ottima qualità!

Cons:

L’area dedicata ai massaggi non e’ molto insonorizzata ed e’ stata posizionata su una zona di passaggio per andare all’area piscina dove purtroppo si sentono gli schiamazzi delle persone/bambini e motori di accensione. (Quanto meno credo, il rumore ricordava il tagliaerba).
In questo modo il gran lavoro che fanno le ragazze con i loro massaggi (che oltretutto sono bravissime) viene in qualche modo un po “annullato”.

Amazing boutique hotel, great service and close to the slopes!
Pros:

Everything! The place is absolutely stunning, perfect location very close to the lifts to go skiing.
Probably one of the best services I’ve ever experienced. They are super attentive and go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable.
All the food is km0 and the breakfast is excellent. The SPA is great, with everything you need, despite it being a small hotel.
All the sustainability aspects of the hotel makes it all even better!
Our stay was absolutely perfect, thank you!!

Cons:

Maybe just the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, but overall it’s a small thing compared to our great our stay was :)
