Loved it!
Pros:

The manager was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The security guard was very helpful as we arrived late without evening arrival arrangements. The staff were great in the midst of preparing for a wedding and ensured our personal attention! This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy and is a hidden treasure! I wish we had more ways to express our gratitude toward the staff and their unique, beautiful property!

Quasi perfetto ma...
Pros:

Struttura meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e ogni angolo riserva una scoperta. Personale e proprietà davvero molto gentili e disponibili.
Unica nota negativa, che non vuole essere una critica ma un suggerimento: la colazione.
Capisco che ci siano delle restrizioni sul buffet, ma per tre mattine ci hanno portato al tavolo le stesse identiche tre brioches con tempi biblici. La prima mattina anche dei succhi, poi basta. Niente salato, niente formaggi, niente taralli. Ho chiesto del pane: è arrivato del Pancarre’ nemmeno tostato. Ad Altamura il pane confezionato è inaccettabile! Questa non è la colazione che ci si aspetta in Puglia in una struttura di tale livello. Per il resto tutto perfetto.
