It would be perfect if room sound isolation is improved
Pros:

The staff is amazing. Location is prime in old town.

Cons:

Unfortunately, for two nights there were wedding parties outdoors with loud music till after midnight. Sound isolation from wedding parties as well as from street is very bad. Room door and windows cannot block any sound from outside.

Estadía en Antalya (2 dia)
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, ya que se encuentra en el centro histórico de Antalya. La puerta de Adriano, salida a la Marina, tiendas, restaurantes, mezquita, transporte público están ahí mismo. Habitación cómoda, con nevera, clóset y buena cama (aunque un poco blanda para mi gusto). Por su parte el desayuno es contundente y variado. Recomiendo ir en tranvía a la playa que está a 25 minutos (Roxy Beach)

Cons:

Tienen un bar y ponen música hasta cerca de la medianoche y si estás cansado, jodiste.

the location is amazing, the boutique is super historical and the best thing that you can see the Roman empire whenever you walk through the hotel , u can see the city bellow you . its near everything, the center , the marina.. and the street is always alive

Отель сам по себе очень красивый и понравился музей,который доступен только для гостей. Персонал на ресепшене помогал нам в моменте пребывания

Cons:

Ужасный сервис в ресторане отеля,персонала оч мало,,официантов не дождешься, за завтраком девушки с несчастными лицами работают еле еле, чай за завтраком надо постоянно просить. Не работает система оплаты в баре, работники забивают все подряд,потом не могут взять оплату через кассу и происходит путанница. При выезде нам предьявили счет к оплате,часть которого мы уже оплатили,но нас уверяли,что нет никакой оплаты и информации,в итоге мы просидели 20 минут в ожидании,пока разбирались между отделами,что было оплачено,что нет. Нам нужно было выехать как можно скорее, но мы тратили время на разборки. Так же хочу отметить, что мы забронировали суперлюкс и уборка в день заезда была очень посредственная, полы грязные и пыль в туалете была. Плюс кондиционер в этом номере очень шумный,спать невозможно было

Historic part of city, beautifully renovated, lovely stay.
Pros:

The hotel is located int he heart of the old historic part of the city so you will have to walk a little from where ever your taxi drops you. The old stone streets are quite smooth though near the hotel. The pool is lovely, the building is historic and beautifully renovated. Walkable to shops, restaurants and more! The ruins under the hotel are SO cool. We asked to see them and someone showed us around and told us a bit about them.

Reasonably ok. Not a good ‘value for money’ place.
Pros:

1. Excellent location - Kaleici old town.
2. Good breakfast spread - especially the salads
3. Quiet and soothing atmosphere.

Cons:

1. No blankets provided after repeated requests - even though it was summer (air conditioning was necessary and we were travelling with a 6 month old baby).
2. Door lock was not working properly
3. No kettle / coffee sachets / tea bags in the room
4. Poor mini bar - just two small bottles of water for 2 entire nights! Had to buy water bottle from outside
5. Defective Overhead shower - too bad (water jet was painful and flow of stream was thin)
6. Defective Hand shower - was leaking all over the place!

Pros:

This hotel is best for location, included breakfast, courtyard, and pool. They are all excellent! The service was good as well. They also included a mini-bar with water and sparkling water.

Cons:

The rooms could be updated. The antique stuff was fine but overall it just seemed a bit worn and dated. And the bed is too small for the room.

Coup de cœur assuré
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour visiter le centre ville. Le jardin et la déco sont respectueux des lieux et les ruines mises en valeur. On ne se trompe pas en réservant ici. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque ! Vous aurez mangé pour la journée !

Cons:

Il peut y avoir du bruit à l’extérieur le soir mais dans ce quartier très touristique c’est le cas partout.

الموظفين كأنهم مغصوبين على الخدمة انا كمسافره او سائحة احتاج اشوف وجه مبتسم او اقلها مو كاره لي او مستحقرني وهذا اصلا طبع اغلب الاتراك بس انا مقيمة عندك يعني من واجبك الابتسامه والتعامل اللطيف مو التعامل الجلف او الصعب يعني الاقامة في المكان ممتازه لولا الموظفين كيف ( مستحقريننا) ما ابغا اظلم لكن خدمونا واذا طلبنا طلب يتم عمله لكن بنفس ضيقه ونفس شينة تقدر تتعامل الطف انت تاخذ القيمة مقتبل المعامله ! لا اعلم هي عنصرية او ماذا لكن فعلاً طبع مقرف

The staff seem forced to serve me. As a traveler or tourist, I need to see a smiling face, or at least one that doesn't hate or despise me. This is actually the nature of most Turks, but I'm staying here, so it's your duty to smile and treat me kindly, not rudely or harshly. The place would be excellent if it weren't for the staff (who despise us). I don't want to be unfair, but they served us, and if we asked for something, it was done, but with a sour and unpleasant attitude. You can treat us more kindly. You take the money upfront!

Месторасположение

Cons:

Полное разочарование. Изначально заселили в номер уровня ниже, чем было забронировано, но т.к. ночью ранее туда заселилась подруга и писала, какой шумный номер и что там течет кран, я попросила тихий и не стала настаивать, чтобы меня переселили в номер, соответствующий брони, подумала, пусть лучше будет тихий. В номере 3 дня ее было горячей воды, никакого предупреждения или хотя бы извинений я не получила. На вопрос что же делать, мне ответили, что ждут ответ от технических служб и мойтесь под холодной. Утюга в отеле нет, что тоже очень странно. Сам номер темный, с освещением проблемы, только бра и торшер, если нужен хороший свет - взять его негде, он просто не предусмотрен. Зеркало внутри шкафа на дверцах, что очень неудобно, они постоянно закрываются и надо придерживать его рукой. Тюля на окнах нет. Затемнения или тонирования тоже. Мы открыли шторы, чтобы попало хотя бы немного дневного света, но оказались на всеобщем обозрении всех людей, потому что с улицы все хорошо видно.
Но на все это была готова смотреть сквозь пальцы до последнего вечера. Возвращалась поздно с подругой, которая мне этот отель искренне посоветовала и мы попали потдохдь, хотели зайти в номер, чтоб она переоделась. И на входе на нас просто начал орать сотрудник, что она не может зайти в номер, потому что номер на двоих, а она третий человек. Мы пытались спокойно объяснить, что ей надо просто переодеться, она не собирается задерживаться и тем более ночевать, он кричал, что это не его проблемы, пусть ждет на улице внизу. Ощущение было, что если мы еще щаг сделаем, он нас за руки схватит и на улицу выкинет. Такого хамского отношения персонала я еще ни разу не встречала. Ни о каком турецком гостеприимстве и речи нет. Ни извинений, ни нормального объяснения, что если ей требуется переодеться, в номер подниматься нельзя, но можно воспользоваться туалетом внизу, как пример. Просто крик, что нельзя и это не его проблемы. Отвратительно! Не хотелось ни минуты больше оставаться в этом месте!

Wonderful stay with some small issues that detracted from the overall experience
Pros:

The room aspect was wonderful, full length windows with a lovely view over the inner courtyard & pool.

Cons:

Main shower head was not working ( calcium blocking the nozzles ), toilet would not flush properly &/or would not stop flushing ( the flush mechanism not working properly ) & finally the aircon unit sounded so loud we could not use it, To the hotel's credit they offered us other rooms however when checking those, in 1 room the strong sewer smell in the bathroom put us off & the second room had novover head shower. We can't fault the wonderful staff's efforts to please us, they even provided a small electric heater in place of the faulty aircon, which was very welcome. It's just a shame some basic amenities were not working as expected.
