Staff great

Room was too small although we were told its upgrade. Mis communication about checkout timing. We requested delayed checkout. It was granted. But on the day, staff asked us to check out early and even asked for money for delayed checkout. But in the end we were given delayed check out. Restaurant was great. Overall staff were helpful. There was also bad smell in the corridors some time!!!

Enjoyed our short stay so much! Staff was incredibly kind and supportive as we dealt with a flight cancellation. I will be happy to come back any time!

Great hotel

Overall it was a five star stay, good value hotel, excellent staff and house keeping, room attended too daily and not two days as shown on my booking. Restaurant food was good and I ate there almost daily.

Not so great for me would be the breakfast offering, it was not to my taste and an unusual mix of things, I’d have loved a hot buffet breakfast but I managed with croissant and coffee. And my room, first the Mountain View isn’t the best as it’s also looking into waste land and a building site but better that than the road or the incredibly close apartment block Nextdoor. Also the room smelled damp, I don’t think it’s actual damp but the high humidity of Thailand and the air conditioning was not good as removing moisture so the room felt and smelt cold and damp. Fortunately there is a huge sliding window so I had that open when the room was occupied. Laundry also useful for me. I didn’t use the pool or gym as I found them very small and cramped. Location wise it’s an easy walk to the beach and Laguna resort which is beautiful.

I would stay here again but perhaps ask if they had a dehumidifier as the room was certainly too damp for my liking. I also gave a check in review saying the same and there was a letter in the room saying they would attend to the dampness but to my knowledge it never happened.

To summarise great value, excellent modern hotel, brilliant team and house keeping. Just work on that air conditioning system as it’s too cold and humid.

방도 깔끔하고 에어컨도 시원해서 편하게 쉬었습니다

정실론까지는 좀 거리가 있어서 porto de phuket 근처에서 식사하고 마트에서 기념품 구입했어요

Lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming especially the staff who run the rooftop bar, couldn’t do enough for you.

2 pools to choose from which were never too busy.
The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of choice and variety. even for fussy eaters. Eggs made to order by the chef.

The reception area had a lovely lobby to go and chill in the early hours.

The only thing I would change is the opening hours of the rooftop bar to 11pm, but would definitely stay there again.

Front staff was very accommodating and made sure our stay was great. House keeping did a great job with the rooms. Breakfast was awesome, with daily changes! Thanks for the good experience!

Hotel is ideal for various purposes, good price to quality ratio.

Good pool area, and close to Laguna Boat Quay hub.

Noisy on one or two nights from surrounding area to property, but only till around midnight.

Very friendly staff, clean and the restaurant served great food.

Beware of construction in the area explosives are used around 4 and 5 am

This place was clean and amazing ! TAR helped me . She was wonderful and helped me with everything

The only thing I didn’t like was the Laundry Self service, washer and dryer did not work properly, I spend all night drying my clothes and it was not cheap. Communication was hard. And the problem was not solve. Instead of sleeping I spent the night drying my cloths until 2:30am and they were not even dry. Had to wake up early and keep drying them.

Good service

Tried to get food delivered to the room at night, unfortunately they didn’t allow delivery driver’s to come to the room or send a hotel worker to the room. Other than that everything was fine
