Pros:

A localização realmente é incrível, vc fica perto de tudo, virando uma esquina e vc está na feirinha da beira mar. O hotel em si é ótimo, funcionários muito educados e gentis. Café da manhã bem satisfatório. Um ótimo custo beneficio

Os lençóis estavam um pouco manchados, porém cheiravam a limpo. O quarto estava limpo, mas o box do banheiro precisa de mais atenção da limpeza. O chuveiro é bom, coisa importante a se observar quando se chega da praia com areia pra lavar rsrsrs.

Quarto com janela para o corredor. Banheiro com pouco iluminação, torneira enferrujada, sem porta toalhas. Limpeza razoável, encontrei uma barata no banheiro. Café da manhã, sem muitas opções, mas bom.

Localização é a melhor de Fortaleza!
Há 300 metros da feirinha da beira mar, bem como, próximo às ciclovias para fazer uma pedalada confortável! Excelente pra fazer caminhada a beira mar, sem se preocupar com o transporte!
