駅から近く、セコマも近いです。
フロントの方が親切でアットホームな雰囲気でよかったです。提携先の大浴場も使えて満足です。
お部屋も壁紙や家具がかわいらしかったです。
朝食はいただいていないのでわかりません。

禁煙室、セミダブル、女2人で予約宿泊しました。
チェックインもスムーズ
お部屋も内装がきれいで、お値段から考えても大満足でした。
今回は旅程の関係で利用できませんでしたが、別ホテルの温泉浴場も無料で利用できるので
「温泉付き」ではなくても充分でしょう。

エレベーターが、さすがに年季を感じます
タバコの匂いもちょっと感じたので、気になる方は要注意かと（そんなに何度も載らないかもですが）

フロントの方以外は話す機会は無かったですが、
過剰なサービスは無く、手際良いなかで温かみがあり
とっても満足でした。
帯広に用事がある際は、また利用したいです。

Overall a great hotel to stay though the room size is a bit small.
Pros:

I like to place in record that two of the hotel staffs that were on duty on the 23/7/2023 deserved mentioned as they did an excellent job in retrieving a lost passport that belongs to one of my family members. We finally collected the passport at the CTS Airport. Thank you very much.
