Brand new beautiful hotel
Pros:

Great room wonderful view over the bay
We were on the 12 th floor there is a bar on this floor with fantastic views and a great vibe
Beds are super comfortable. Must be a new hotel as it’s well designed. Libby restaurant and coffee shop looked great although we did not use it.

Cons:

We could hear the lift in our room 1208 but it was only slightly annoying. The area is very quiet the Marina has gone post hurricane Ian which must have affected the downtown area a lot
That said plenty of bars and restaurants around.
Had some WiFi issues can’t believe they charge for it. You can join Bonvoy but it’s a faff. At this price point I would expect brilliant WiFi you can connect to easily and certainly not having to pay extra for it. Come on Marriot what are you thinking? Don’t force customers to join your club just to get WiFi

Friday night noise ruined the trip.
Cons:

Only thing I am not happy about is when I was referred to the suite room on 10th floor, hotel did not tell me it is extremely noisy on Friday night until 2am.
Which is I paid extra $100 to ‘enjoy’ that noise.

Muchisimo ruido de los antros en las habitaciones.
Pros:

Definitivamente la ubicación, la comida (el desayuno delicioso) y el hotel en general esta muy hermoso…

Cons:

Al hacer la reserva: No te advierten que se escucha el escándalo de la música de los antros alrededor del hotel y no pueden hacer nada al respecto en el hotel ya que termina diariamente hasta las 2:00am. El colchón de la cama esta terriblemente suave, como si se hubiese deformado con el uso y falta de rotación mensual que le deben hacer al colchón; aunque la habitación estaba muy bella, nuestro descanso fue terrible.

Convenient location, nice staff not a great place to sleep or enjoy the pool

The location was nice and the staff were helpful the bed was comfortable. There was a good restaurant attached for breakfast

Cons:

There’s no instructions in the room on how to operate anything, or info on the restaurants and bars and cafés within the hotel nothing. You have to try to find info via the TV or by calling down. That’s annoying. The place is completely noisy at all times. If it’s not loud music or people yelling or car alarms going off it’s the sound of the Staff elevator cables through the walls. Impossible to sleep well. A third of the loungers at the pool are broken and they rent the pool out for private parties so don’t rely on being able to use the pool if that’s one of the reasons you choose this hotel.

Amazing getaway for relaxing!!!
Pros:

Location is amazing with Bars and restaurants and historic Edison focused.

Cons:

The food was not good 😐 prices were not bad but definitely lackluster. Fine dining didnt live up to the hype.

Overall, wonderful property!
Pros:

Great location from the theater across the street. Wonderful views :-)

Cons:

The beacon rooftop was wonderful and went there after the theater for food as on Thursday night we were told it stopped serving at 10 PM when we got there at 9:10 PM, we were told the kitchen was closed.
Also, the lights were turned up at 9:30 and we felt rushed to leave.
However, the office manager Melissa upon telling her of this gave us vouchers for breakfast at the wonderful Ella Mae’s diner to make up for it. That was very kind and considerate.
