Pros:

Em Geral Bom. Bem limpo e organizado.
Atendentes muito atenciosos.
Um ponto negativo é nao ter um elevador. Com isso a acessibilidade ficou prejudicada.
Outro item é o dificil acesso as garagens.
Tambem acho que deveriam modernizar os banheiros. Achei bem antigo.
