The hotel closed down 3 month ago. There was a telephone number on the door and he said it was booking fault. I have contacted booking customer service but they have not replied yet!
Hotel doesnt exist anymore take it off booking.com!
It was closed had too find another hotel
We turned up at 10pm and were told that the hotel had been closed for 3 months. No one contacted us before hand to say this and we even messaged them to say we would be arriving later that expected and no one responded until 2/3 days later saying they've updated my arrival time?... It's run by a large company and you can only contact call centres. They take ages to respond to messages. They gave me a refund but no compensation
Nothing, there was noone there, we couldn't get in and it looked abandoned
We tried the phone numbers on the door and noone answered. We rang the number on the booking and got the run around. An hour later they emailed us to say they couldn't accommodate us!
Turned up to be told it was closed I'm homeless already and u taken my hard earned money

The property was closed and derelict - apparently closed for refurbishment. Was still taking bookings while I was stood outside trying to talk to someone, it's been closed for at least a month.
Staff member I spoke to on help line could not do anything except say it was closed and there was nothing he could do and there were lots of people complaining.

I am disappointed to find I had to wait 15 minutes outside the property. Nobody was at reception another likely guest let me in and also waited. I phoned the management group and was told to wait another 15 -20 minutes while my associates were not very happy at all. I noticed a plate of discarded food on a side bar, and at that point I was told that my reservation was cancelled due to building works which wasn’t (obviously) being done
Location is great
No staff to check-in, called the number shown in the reception which went straight to answer phone. Called OYO help line and given two numbers to contact (both were invalid) and told they would expedite to senior management and call me back, they didn't.
We finally found someone after 40 minutes at the sister hotel the Sherwood across the road. Manager informed us that the Inglewood was closed and locked up because the heating system had failed 3 hours earlier. They never bothered to inform guests about the closure. I told the manager that we had already been in the hotel reception, when I was told "I am the manager and I know everything" and that the hotel was definitely locked up.
Given ultimatum to either cancel booking and go back home or accept room without heating or hot water, we decided to take the room as we had travelled 3 hours to get there. Since it was new years Eve it was unlikely we could find another hotel at short notice so we accepted the cold room. There were no rooms available at the Sherwood.
Walked back to the Inglewood hotel with the Sherwood manager, where he realised the hotel door was open. So much for knowing everything.
At 9.30pm the room light exploded when using the bedside switches, taking out the lighting circuit to the room and bathroom. Don't know if it was a catastrophic bulb failure or a wiring issue.
I tried to find a member of staff but nobody was on site. As it was unsafe to stay in the room in the dark, plus the fact that our daughter has balance issues, we decided to leave and left our key at the Sherwood with their helpful night Porter. Arrived home at 12.30am. New Years Eve completely ruined.
To cap it all, they have refused to refund my room costs.
