Accettabile se hai una schiena di ferro (e il sonno pesante)
Pros:

Pozione eccellente. Struttura nel complesso accettabile. Pulizia ok, se non per ragnatele trovate in giro.

Cons:

Ragnatele che abbiamo tolto noi. Letto sfondato, scomodissimo, 1 piazza e mezzo venduto come matrimoniale. Asciugamano bagnato. Inesistente isolamento acustico rispetto al resto della struttura. Prezzo troppo alto per quello che vale

Molto bella Siviglia e la posizione ma ho dormito davvero male

La posizione molto centrale e ben collegata e l’arredamento dell’appartamento e del palazzo

Cons:

La stanza assegnata la n.2 si affaccia direttamente sulla piazza a livello leggermente sotto livello strada e di notte è troppo rumorosa non si riesce a dormire prima per il fastidio della gente che urla fino a tardi la notte e poi per i mezzi di pulizia che dalle 5 puliscono la piazza e fanno un rumore infernale. Poi la stanza era davvero umida avendo come unica finestra quella che affaccia sulla piazza. Il letto matrimoniale era davvero piccolo corto e stretto, una coppia non c’entra davvero e poi io sono alto e i piedi uscivano molto fuori dal letto.

Would absolutely stay again!!
Pros:

The apartment was fantastic - I was travelling alone so did not need lots of space, but I got it anyway! It was clean, well kitted with the kitchen having everything you would need. The staff allowed me to drop off my bag a little earlier than check-in which was really helpful! Located right on the Alameda de Hercules, the location could not have been more convivial with loads of bars and restaurants around, the barrio is very cool and friendly.

Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft mit kurzer Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum. Zudem befinden sich Bars und Ausgehmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft weist erhebliche Mängel auf: sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Feuchtigkeit an den Wänden im Untergeschoss (Zimmer Nr. 1). Unsere Kleidung hat dadurch muffig bzw. nach abgestandener Luft gerochen. Zudem gab es keine Fenster, wodurch das Zimmer sehr dunkel und wenig angenehm wirkte.

Auch im Badezimmer traten nach dem Duschen starke muffige Gerüche auf. An den Wänden im Schlafbereich war zudem Schimmel sichtbar. Bilder als Nachweis sind vorhanden.

Next door to a loud late nightclub
Pros:

It was very well decorated and the bed was comfortable, it was very beautiful inside, albeit it quite dark due to lack of natural light

Cons:

I had so many great choices in Seville and I accidentally picked this accommodation next door to a nightclub thumping techno music until 4.30am.. on a Tuesday!! This was a disaster for me and spoiled my trip as sleep was my priority before a long stressful travel day. I don’t think this is fair to guests, you really should warn them, it’s cruel to put people through this and keep them awake all night. Maybe you could make an arrangement with that nightclub that they lower the music level, no one needs music to be that loud

Das comodidades oferecidas: elementos fundamentais para usar a cozinha (azeite, sal, mel, chás, panelas, talheres, pratos, canecas, guardanapos, etc); da limpeza (certificado de limpeza na sanita, por exemplo); ferro e tábua de passar a ferro, alisador de cabelo; roupa extra para a cama... O prédio fica numa praça muito agradável para se comer e beber, para exemplo, fica +/- a 20 minutos do Real Alcázar mas a caminhada é muito simples por ser uma cidade muito plana. Muito perto das Setas.

Cons:

Único ponto menos positivo era o cheiro a mofo que não conseguimos identificar de onde vinha, única coisa a melhorar no quarto

Konum olarak çok iyi her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi, bina ve odalar renkli ve hoş döşenmişti. Güvenlik açısından hiçbir problem yoktu. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri kolaydı

Zemin kattaki odalardan birinde kaldım biraz karanlık ve gürültülüydü. Ayrıca odanın temizliğinden memnun kalmadım, yerde saç kılları duruyordu ve tozluydu. Lavabonun içinde bir bez ve temizlik malzemesi bırakılmıştı temizliği benim yapmam için miydi anlayamadım

All we needed for 1 night in Seville

Good location with a local buzz but once you are inside it is quiet.
Lots of eating and drinking places close by.
Nice bed and shower

Difficulties to open front door and room door. Once you knew how to do it it was fine

Le hall d’entrée , la cage d’escalier c’est superbe

Cons:

La chambre 1 , pas d’ouverture sur l’extérieur, aucune ventilation, trou de lumière partagé . Bruit du couloir car pas isolation. Très forte odeur d’humidité. Si on veut voir le temps qu’il fait ,il faut aller dans la rue Les photos proposées ne reflètent pas la réalité. On n’a pas été prévenu que cette chambre était borgne.

Good location, spacious , staff really responsive.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor and subject to a lot of noise from other patrons coming home late at night, clanging the door and talking loudly. The atrium seemed to exacerbate this. Also, people can be super inconsiderate- not the fault of the hotel. The wet area shower let water all over the place. Great for those in a wheelchair, not so good for the rest of us. Could have compensated with more generous towelling to mop it all up.
