There were no windows that could be opened, which made the room feel very humid. In addition, the air conditioning did not have a dehumidifying mode, so there was no way to reduce the humidity in the room.

Pros:

Very comfortable room and bathroom, nice shower and bed. Everything was sparkling clean. Hotel staff was super kind and provided all assistance I needed. Great location, 2-min walk to the main Chinatown street and to the metro station. Live neighborhood. The breakfast provided several delicious options, with one special option every morning.

Mitten in Chinatown, großes sauberes Zimmer, modernes Gebäude, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im quirligen Chinatown-Viertel. Die Metrostation "Wat Mangkon" ist zufuß wenige Minuten entfernt. Hauptbahnhof etwa 12 min entfernt. Zum Flughafen BKK sind es 35 km ( Zug+Metro oder Grab-Fahrdienst ). Achtung, es gibt 2 Flughäfen.
Streetfood, Restaurants, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer (nr 830 ) war sauber, von guter Größe, mit hellem Bad und großer Duschkabine . Raum / Bad getrennt durch Milchglasschiebetür. Wlan gut, Minikühlschrank vorhanden. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das beste während meiner 2-Wochen-Rundreise. Bett bequem, Zimmerservice gut. Blick Richtung Innenhof, daher ruhig.
Tipp: Eintritt in historische Sehenswürdigkeiten muss in der Regel bar bezahlt werden, Kreditkarte dort sinnlos.
Preis/Leistung war gut.

Cons:

Etwas muffiger Geruch vermutlich durch Zimmer- Klimaanlage .

Freundlichkeit und Verständnis sind hier nicht zu finden

Die Lage war toll und das Gebäude modern!

Cons:

Wir sind absolut frustriert. Wir konnten nicht anreisen, da ich beim Transitflug nach Thailand mit dem Rettungswagen aufgrund des Verdachts eines Blinddarmdurchbruchs in das Krankenhaus gebracht wurde. Ich wurde am nächsten Tag entlassen und konnte einen Tag später anreisen. Somit konnten wir nur eine Nacht in Anspruch nehmen. Ich bat noch vor dem Check-in darum, dass wir nur die eine Nacht bezahlen müssen, die wir nutzen konnten. Ich bekam keine Antwort dazu. Vor Ort wurde mir gesagt, dass die Rückerstattung für diese Nacht über Booking.com laufen muss und ich von der Seite des Hotels das Geld erhalten würde. Booking schreibt mir eine Woche später, dass das Hotel die Rückerstattung nicht gestattet und ich für zwei Nächte zahlen muss und im Fall des Notfallsaufenthalts im Krankenhaus die erste Nacht, die wir nicht verbracht haben, trotzdem bezahlen müssen. Solch einen schlechten Service bin ich von den freundlichen Thailändern leider gar nicht gewohnt. Sehr schade und nicht in Ordnung in solch einem Ausnahmefall nur die Nacht zu verrechnen die dort verbracht wurde! Abgesehen davon roch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr unangenehm.
