The room was clean and modern, the lobby and on-site restaurant with courtyard had a beautiful modern aesthetic. It well located within Chinatown.
The room was quite compact and had no basic amenities eg. no toothbrush, tea, coffee, slippers, robes. The breakfast options were limited. Lots of noise from outside and neighbouring rooms and hallway
The staff at the reception and housekeeping services are always great.
Breakfast variety a little disappointing but they had recently included a live eggs cooking station which is really good! I finally get my piping hot sunny side up eggs!
The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent for exploring Chinatown and trying local food. The room was well designed, and the overall atmosphere was great.
There wasn’t much to dislike. The room could have been a little more spacious, but overall the stay was very enjoyable.
The room was clean and bathroom was good. Bed was comfortable.
It felt very no frills, tv signal froze repeatedly, wifi was slow. It's pushed as nomad friendly but this nomad found it lacking.
There is no tea or coffee in room but there is a kettle. You get one free coffee from the bar on level 4 each day but dressing and walking for a cup of filter (not espresso) seems ridiculous.
Access to the mall is not until 10am so getting to the on-site 7 Eleven also required going out to the street and around.
I think there is better value for the price nearby.
Clean rooms, great breakfast with egg and omelette station, a selection of breads and jams, salad, fruit and hot dishes. Nice quiet space and noise doesn’t travel up despite facing main road.
Location is a little awkward in the sense that grab drivers won’t find the lobby straightaway sometimes. But actual location is brilliant.
The property was close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to and the hotel itself was pretty spacious and clean.
We didn’t know where the lobby was because they didn’t have any signs where the drop off area was or maybe we just didn’t see it. For anyone going, you take the elevator on the right to the fourth floor.

The Location was very good , close to the Metro and the busy bustling China town
This place is really in the heart of Chinatown, but once you close your suite door, you'd never know. We had a courtyard-facing room, and it could never hear any road traffic sounds that plague other properties in the area. The facilities are modern and well maintained. Booking.com didn't mention a gym/fitness room, so I didn't pack my exercise clothes. But that didn't stop me, and I still used the on-site gym. The included breakfast was excellent, and even had some vegan-friendly options (muesli, soy milk, salads, fruit, toast). I like that they use reusable glass bottles for water. The hotel is very environmentally conscious. I know next time I plan a trip to Chinatown, this is the only hotel I'll consider.
The gym room was missing towels 2 out of the 3 times I used it. I had to call the front desk staff to bring a new towel. I suggest they keep a regular check on this throughout the day. The gym is well equipped but can probably handle about 4-5 people max at the same time. For a medium-sized hotel, it's a bit small. But since I work out early in the morning before breakfast, it wasn't a problem for me.
