The Dwellings

Our Dwelling was the perfect spot for our one-week stay in the Zion Nat'l Park area. The view of a canyon, river and mountains from our backyard was exceptional. The unit was well-appointed with hooks, shelves, kitchen supplies, and a comfortable bed and sofa. The management team was super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at The Dwellings. The team was very friendly and helpful. We were able to conduct everything electronically but still had the ability to connect with the owners. Our tiny home was clean, well appointed, and comfortable! We will definitely be back!!

We are local residents and planned an overnight staycation so we could visit the hot springs and celebrate my husband’s birthday. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped and the pour over coffee was great. We enjoyed the beautiful view and it was nice to sit on the patio and watch the sunset. Walking distance to River Rock and the hot springs. Great little getaway!

Wonderful place and the location beautiful views and coffee house next door for grab a breakfast and to go so you can sip coffee from your own private luxury views, also the western boutique was great as I was headed to my sons rodeo and I had the perfect wardrobe as northern Utah is a bit colder the stylish warm sweatshirt came in handy.

Room! We have been twice-once with our daughter in a townhouse with upstairs and once as a couple in studio.
Loved sitting in adirondacks at sunset for wine at night and coffee in morning. View is unbeatable!

Wow, the view. The moment we saw The Dwellings at La Verkin and the jaw-dropping scenery behind it, we knew we had to book. It does not disappoint.

Robert, the manager and owner, was incredibly responsive, and whenever we needed anything he was on hand and happy to help. The room was perfect for our needs, comfortable and thoughtfully set up.

One of the highlights was sitting out on the balcony in December, wrapped in coats, stargazing with a glass of red wine in hand. Not a bad way to end a day at all.

There’s a pizza and coffee house just a three-minute walk away, serving excellent tap IPAs, delicious pizzas, and fresh-brewed coffee in the morning — dangerously convenient.

Plenty of parking, wonderfully quiet at night, and although we never did get around to making s’mores over the fire pit, it’s a good excuse to return.

Definitely worth a visit.

Our stay was great. It was self check in and out. The home was clean. We stayed in 12 which included a separate room off the front and a loft upstairs. The kitchenette was well equipped. There is a restaurant right next door which we did not get to visit but others in our party who went, raved about it. I cannot say enough about the view. We hiked the canyon and explored everyday we were there. The mini splits were adequate to heat the unit. I was able to see 3 of the other units and all were so nice and clean. I loved having family stay here because we could all be together but have our own space at the end of the day. We will definitely return when we go to the area again.

There's nothing else like it! Each "room" is a tiny home, with full amenities. Situated cliff side, the views are spectacular overlooking the canyon and the Virgin River. It's a great location across the street from Zion Canyon Hot Springs (an oasis in the desert) and next door to the best coffee shop in the world - River Rock Roasting. And the bed and pillows - I've never had it better for a great night's sleep. Super conveient to Zion Canyon and some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails ever.
