オンライン予約時に依頼した内容を汲んでくださり、友人と隣の部屋にしていただけました。
朝食時に朝食会場の係の人みなさんの応対が良く、気持ちの良い朝を過ごせました。
お部屋のテーブルに小さなゴミのようなものがあったり、食器に洗い残りが幾つかあったり、細かいですが気になりました。
お部屋のUSBが調子が良くない箇所があり、充電ができませんでした。
距JR地铁站走路10钟，周围便利店很多。房间设施齐全，一张写字台，一个小圆桌，两个小沙发椅，能打开一个26寸行李箱，尽管房间很小，仍拥有一个茶台。房间干净，毛巾很新，2层有咖啡厅，每天下午晚上有免费的饮品和零食，微波炉，自助洗衣机经常在空闲状态。可以多要一个枕头，睡衣等日常用品。我住的房间靠近电梯口，但非常安静。退房寄存行李很方便。工作人员热情，有求必应。
没有，房间再大一点就更好了，但日本的房间都很小，这不是酒店的问题
設備很新，房間也大，淋浴間舒適，床鋪好睡，還提供免費下午茶時間，可惜行程整天在外面沒有機會享用到，大廳旁休息區有免費提供冰塊、水、咖啡等等，很貼心。

名古屋は美味しいものが多く、旅行中だけでは食べきれなそうでしたが、朝食で名古屋名物をいくつか置いて下さっており、おいしく、嬉しかったです！フリードリンクやお菓子のサービスも有り難かったです。お部屋もとても綺麗でした！
洗濯機を使いましたが、少量でも乾燥が2回行っても乾ききらず少し残念でした。
Staff are accommodating and attentive. Decently sized twin room, clean and looks well maintained. The star though is the breakfast buffet. I think they now charge ¥1800 per adult but for what you get, it is well worth the price.

名古屋駅から近い
受付が親切。受付階に本などが並んだ休憩室があり、簡単なウェルカムドリンクやスナックがあるのは良かった。2部屋に別れていた家族とゆっくり過ごすことができた。お部屋は狭いけれど清潔で快適でした。
ツインルームの2人利用なので、鍵を2枚頂きたかったです。
朝食は高いけど普通品、窓にはホコリだらけ
