Pros:

Good room, nice soundproofing, great location near the JR station. OK hotel breakfast.

Cons:

A bit of wait for the elevators. Not enough ventilation, if you open a windows, it gets really cold otherwise not enough air.

居心地よし！！
Pros:

朝食無料。朝からわざわざ探す手間もないし、ヘルシーだしおいしかったです。

ライブラリーカフェ最高です！！無料でコーヒーなど飲める。チェックイン前やチェックイン後でも利用できるのが素晴らしい。他のホテルにはないかと思う。

コインランドリーの使用状況や朝食会場の混雑状況がテレビで分かるのはありがたいです。

フロントスタッフは笑顔でとても感じ良かったです。
朝食のスタッフさん、ルーム担当さんもみなさんご挨拶してくださいました。

Cons:

暑くてエアコンかけたのですが、風が直にあたって寒かった。
かばんなどを掛けるフックが欲しかった。
折り畳みなどで、ちょっとした洗濯したものを干せるものがほしかった。Tシャツでも、コインランドリーで乾燥かけるとシワになっちゃうのと、プリントしてある服は乾燥かけられないので。

Pros:

飯店位置離車站不遠，每天送早餐性價比高，而且每次來名古屋都是住這間飯店，基本上房間的清潔度都沒有什麼問題，不像其他商務飯店有時候客房清潔評價兩極。

Cons:

可是因為櫻花季的關係，這五天的住宿客人很多，早上七八點下去吃早餐都是客滿要排隊的狀況，而且可能是遇到日本中小學放春假的關係，很多爸媽帶小孩住宿，公共區域含早餐餐廳的環境吵雜，下次來名古屋可能會考慮其他飯店看看。

1.空間足夠，房間內可開24吋行李箱(有空間通行)、走廊可暫開28吋行李箱(無法通行)
2.浴室乾淨，空間稍微大一點
3.早餐品項不多，但味道很好
4.有類似交誼廳空間可使用，提供免費茶、咖啡及冰塊，方便吃宵夜
5.距離名古屋車站走路約10分鐘

Their choice to refuse my request for wheelchair from airline has been distressing.
Pros:

It’s been appreciated to get a bigger room for an additional USD12.00

Cons:

All their clothes dryers did not dry clothes completely. Paid several times for several cycles and clothes were still damp. Staff was not helpful at all.
Front desk staff refused to help me request wheelchair service from my airline, ANA when I requested on
evening of 28 February.
