Fantastic people, location and food is exceptional
Pros:

Everything is fantastic especially the staff. The breakfast and Thai restaurant exceptional. Our second visit in 7 weeks.

Me gustó todo, no tengo ninguna queja 😃 todo perfecto 💯 personal muy amables y atentos en todo nos hicieron sentir mejor que en casa que ya es decir .. los detalles de todas las noches del regreso a la abitacion unos dulces de Menorca buenísimos era todo un detalle ☺️.. las abitaciones siempre arregladas y camas echas siempre.. el detallé df bien venida y el detalle de despedida con unas botellitas d ginebra elaborada típica Menorca y los llaveros con los zapatitos de allí me encantó🤗 seguro que volveremos otro año 🥰🥳✈️

Paradise!
Pros:

Wow! What an amazing place to spend a week on holiday, simply paradise. From the moment you walk into the hotel you are warmly greeted and made to feel completely relaxed. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They stored our bags for us until our room was ready and carried our case to our room and explained the hotel and amenities in detail. Spotlessly clean all throughout the hotel, pool towels provided plus option to swap for new ones once a day and daily housekeeping, we even received an evening treat and top up of water every night. The breakfast was very extensive with lots of options and coffee delivered to your table, also a lovely view of the pool and harbour whilst sitting on the terrace. There are planet of sun loungers, all so comfortable and each one comes with a towel to cover the lounger. We opted for a cabana one day which was not expensive and well worth it. We ordered drinks and food poolside and it was all delicious. The DJ everyday was a good addition seeing as this side of the hotel is the beach club. If you’re looking for a quieter vibe I’d recommend the sister hotel opposite but we still managed to read and relax perfectly and being a young couple we enjoyed the music and swim up bar. The whole atmosphere of the place is second to none and the location is amazing. The beach is literally opposite so it takes two minutes to walk over, sunbeds available to rent or simply lay your towel out on the sand. There are so many restaurants in the surrounding harbour that take only a few minutes to reach, you can see the hotel from most and the setting is so lovely to watch the sunset. I took a yoga class one morning after breakfast which was great and used the mats and area at other times of the day too. We couldn’t fault this hotel, do yourself a favour and book your stay for a fantastic experience

Cons:

The only minor thing was our hot tub in our suite did not heat up, the hotel were so good at sending someone out to take a look and fix it but it unfortunately failed again. We didn’t alert the hotel again as we didn’t want to wait for it to be fixed again. Only minor but would have been nice to use in the evenings

A nice hotel but that should be classified as a 4 stars.
Pros:

Nice location and swimming pool.

Spacious room suite.

Cons:

We asked few times to clean a spot in bathroom where they were few ants and put a product which was never done.

We are used to 5 stars hotel buffet and this one was way behind. You have to ask if you want something (salmon,avocado…). Buffet is mainly bread, yogurt and sausages,bacon.

We put up the ‘Please clean’ sign, and throughout the whole day (there are two cleaning rounds, morning and evening, every day) nothing was done. When we rang reception, they told us, “Perhaps it would be better not to put the sign up anymore, as they might have thought it meant the opposite.” In a five-star hotel, the very least they can do is to check the sign and see what it says.

We ordered a room service one night and on the next day the plate was outside the whole day under sun (from 11 till midnight).As a 5 stars hotel again this should not happen. We were the one taking the plate and bring it back to the staff.

Lastly, on our last day we used the courtesy shower. When we arrived inside no soap for shower or for the sink as we also checked the other shower same happened. Also, there is no lift to take your suitcase to get there. So you have to take stairs with your suitcase with no AC of course.

Attenzione e cura del cliente da parte del personale del ristorante e della piscina. Escursione in barca TOP.

Cons:

La cena poteva essere migliore. Scelta limitata e ripetitiva senza bevande incluse ed un solo ristorante dove poter mangiare con la mezza pensione. L'altra scelta era un bar con scelta ancora più limitata.

Pros:

The facilities, the pristine state of them. The layout and the variety of different spots for the customer to enjoy. The cleanliness everywhere is just outstanding. The location, the restaurants, the marina, the beach is superb. The tranquillity all the time; the focus of every installation and place around (family-friendly). But what stands out among anything is the staff; their kindness, mannerism, professionalism, round-the-clock eagerness, and willingness to help; their work ethic is very remarkable. I'd like to thank Selene and Mireia for their invaluable support at all times, especially during breakfast. I would also like to mention the staff at the reception desk; and Arnau was ever so patient, willing, and kind. We will definitely come back again because the whole experience was just excellent.

Cons:

There's nothing to say. Everything was very nice. Let me just suggest that the parking facilities were fantastic but very small. The resorts deserve bigger and more spaces for customers to even book them before their arrival to secure their place. The parking availability around is not easy.

Nous avons adoré !
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hotel, en réservant une chambre avec piscine privée (qui selon nous, manque d’intimité). Tout le reste était parfait : l’accueil, le service, l’ambiance, la localisation, le choix de transat (lit sur l’eau, lit doubles pour bronzer, transat individuel) Vous pouvez facilement y séjourner quelques jours sans bouger la voiture puisqu’il y’a une vingtaine de restaurants à proximité, 2 superrettes, un beau sunset à 15 min à pied, un port. Le petit déjeuner est très sympa. Une partie des plats (oeufs, tartines,…) sont à la carte et une autre partie est en buffet libre service. Cela manque un peu de variété notamment dans les jus de fruit, les pains,… mais à part ça nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Cons:

Manque de diversité au petit déjeuner côté libre service et jus. Manque d’intimité quand vous êtes dans votre piscine privée vue sur les autres transats
