Pros:

great facility with Spa - we chose the loft suite with Harbor view and enjoyed it (the glass enclosed shower in the middle of the room was a new experience :) - it worked for us - but might not work for a family.
Great location with many restaurants within walking distance - a beach across the street, as well as access to the Cami de Cavalls trail -also the bus stop is right next to the hotel

Cons:

The breakfast was very good - but would have loved to see a little more variety of cold cuts, addition of fish /smoked salmon and omelets to order :)

Un magnifique hôtel avec un personnel adorable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel absolument magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, accueillant et aux petits soins. Nous avons vraiment apprécié leur amabilité et leur professionnalisme.

Un énorme coup de cœur pour le petit-déjeuner et la restauration, tout simplement exceptionnels ! Une cuisine digne d'un restaurant gastronomique, avec des produits de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés !

Quelques petits points à améliorer :

Nous avons regretté l'absence de brise-vue au niveau de notre terrasse, juste au-dessus de l'entrée de notre chambre. Cela nous empêchait de profiter pleinement de notre intimité.

Nous comprenons parfaitement que l'hôtel soit non-fumeur. Cependant, même si un espace fumeur est prévu, il serait agréable d'y installer quelques chaises, une petite table et surtout un abri pour les jours de pluie.

Ces quelques détails n'enlèvent rien à la beauté de l'établissement ni à la qualité exceptionnelle de l'accueil et de la restauration.

Nous gardons un très beau souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel avec grand plaisir ! ❤️

Pros:

Établissement adults only très agréable, calme, classe et ressourçant, belle suite bien agencée et équipée, excellent restaurant servant une cuisine diverse et raffinée, personnel réactif, parlant parfaitement français, très bon emplacement près de la jolie ville de Ciutadella et permettant une jolie marche en direction du phare, bel espace piscine, possibilité d'accéder aux installations de l'autre établissement du groupe et de bénéficier de son ambiance plus electro (DJ mixant en journée à côté de la piscine...

Cons:

Transats très peu ombragés : il faut arriver tôt et ne pas en bouger pour en trouver un qui ne soit pas en plein soleil. Petit parking adjacent peu pratique et comportant peu de places. Salle de sport exiguë et dont les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur. Les repas proposés en cas de départ matinal (de pauvres sandwichs) sont sans intérêt et pas du tout adaptés.

Pros:

Hôtel agréable au sein duquel nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois. Restaurant au top.

Cons:

J'ai préféré les chambres à l'étage que nous avion eu pour notre séjour précédent. Chambre en rez de jardin devant la piscine moins agréable.
